I cannot thank Dr. Victoria Epstein enough for the exceptional care she provided after my traumatic head injury seven months ago, which significantly affected my left eye. As someone with a history of glaucoma, my vision and overall eye health are paramount to me, so I was understandably anxious about my situation. Upon reaching out to a trusted healthcare professional friend regarding my concerns, he immediately recommended Dr. Epstein. He had personal experience as her patient and spoke highly of her expertise, excellent bedside manner, and thorough approach. Taking his advice, I called her office and was fortunate to receive an appointment right away. From the moment I entered Dr. Epstein's office, I knew I was in good hands. The welcoming and patient-centered layout of the office put me at ease, and when she greeted me, it was clear that she noticed my anxiety. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr.Epstein. From the moment I met her, it was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. I have gone to Dr. Epstein on two separate occasions, a few years apart. She was nice, but that is just about all of the good that I can say. The first time was quite a while ago, so I don't remember all of the details, but I was referred to her for an eye infection. She looked at it, and decided simply to refer me to the emergency room. There, after an entire day of sitting around, they simply prescribed me some antibiotics and sent me on my way. The infection cleared itself up within a few days. More recently, I was referred to her again for a blocked tear duct. She looked at me, confirmed the diagnosis, and then essentially told me that she could do the necessary drainage procedure right in her office, but didn't really want to. She then referred me to another nearby doctor. When I checked out, there just so happened to be a new secretary being trained. As I waited for them to send in the referral, I overhead the senior secretary tell her trainee that Dr. Epstein refers patients to other doctors all of the time. Later that day, the other doctor did the necessary procedure and sent me on my way; in and out within half an hour. It seems to me like Dr. Epstein would much rather send her patients to other doctors than deal with them herself. My advice: skip the middleman and go straight to a doctor who will actually help you, (such as Dr. Edward Wladis, the ophthalmologist she sent me to.)

Dr. Victoria Epstein performed a blepharoplasty on me. I loved it. She's an excellent doctor. I highly recommend her. She's very kind and communicative. She treats the patient well. Thank you!!

Dr Epstein was very thorough and left no stone unturned. I saw her for my headaches and occasional double vision. After performing all of the tests, she ordered me an MRI so that we could rule out anything major. She was very professional and personable and she actually listened to everything I complained about. I recommend Dr Epstein to everyone, as she was an amazing Dr from start to finish. She was also great with my kids when I brought them into my appointment with me.

I cannot say enough about both the professionalism and compassion that Dr Epstein brings to her patients. She is the top shelf and I always feel safe in her abilities and comfortable with her advice.

I always feel like I'm getting the best care for my eye health . She takes the time to make sure all my questions are answered. She is super thorough, I highly recommend her
