Great Opticians, Amazing Service, and Honest Answers. Dr. Grill embodies everything that makes a doctor excel at their job; she is patient, listens, and is willing to work through the problem. Every eye exam I have had in the past felt rushed, but at Sheehy, Dr. Grill worked with me until there was a good answer found. She also went above and beyond in helping me navigate what I would need to do next and is truly an amazing Doctor to have with you. At most opticians you get hit pretty hard with the sales pitch for buying lenses and frames, not here. I experienced zero sales pressure or assumption I had to buy my glasses there. They print out your prescription for you without even needing to be asked. This is such a relief to find a place that treats you like a patient and not a customer. Selection is pretty good for a small store, lots of attractive frames. Parking is easy and there's a lot around back. Check-in was quick, painless, and had no wait. Cost of appointment was clearly quoted on the phone and matched with day of the exam. Sheehy gets a 20/20 from me

Sheehy Opticians were amazing! I came in with my Burberry glasses, the hinge was bent and I thought it couldn't be fixed. They adjusted it perfectly and didn't even charge me. Everyone was kind and professional. Truly rare service these days--highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Just recently moved to area and ended up breaking glasses. Don't have insurance so was worried about cost of repair or replacement. I showed up with the frames and lenses and although they were severely damaged everyone was super nice and they fixed them very fast and we're super helpful throughout. Will be coming here for all future business.

So glad I found Dr. Grill. For years I have been wearing glasses prescribed by another Dr. with way more prescription than needed. Off balance and poorly made lenses. Thank you dr. Grill for making that correction. It was a Significant error. Love my new glasses and wearing multi focal contacts again!. Both very comfortable No more balance issues and thank you to your staff that goes out of their way to make everything right!

There is no other choice for optical care in the reigon: without a doubt. I've been visiting Sheehy since I was a young kid, and I STILL go back to see them for my glasses and exam needs (even though I moved away almost 10 years ago.) The personal care for every client, and the dedication to excellent service, makes it well worth the trip. Take it from someone with almost 2 decades of Sheehy experience: you should choose their family business over a big box store that will forget you the second you walk out. Thank you to the entire team for your kindness for my family for many years.

The customer service here is remarkably awesome! The receptionist was very kind to me. The eye examiner she was lovely. She was very informative and answered every question I asked. The guy took my glasses to get the prescription numbers and tightened and cleaned my glasses off and the wait time was fast! I love this place they come highly recommended.

Having had two consecutive eye doctors retire while under their care has been frustrating. I tried this office based on a recommendation from a friend, so glad I listened. The entire staff was amazing with check in, dealing with difficult clients and then the exam was out of this world. She took the time to perform the exam, and then explain what was going on. Very detailed and very concerned for my well being. I've found a new home for eye care!

They repaired my glasses for free when a screw and lens came out. I have no prior or foreseeable-future business with them, so it was very kind of them, and the least I can do is give them a nice review
