Two stars for the medical assistant who assessed my arrival. She was very pleasant, thorough and kind. Dr. Everett came in ready to spend as little time as possible. Her demeanor was anything but approachable. She in "my eyes" would receive one of the two stars. For Ross Eye Institute, I expected better.

I've been a patient of Dr. Everett for more than 20 years, and can't recommend her highly enough! What sets Dr. Everett apart is her deep knowledge and research base coupled with skill. She communicates candidly about diagnosis, risks, and realistic outcomes, but does so with empathy. She always makes time to answer questions until you feel comfortable. Overall, Dr. Everett combines top-tier medical knowledge, skilled practice, and genuine human care -- a physician I trust completely.

Confident in Dr Everett and her surgical team and technicians. Procedures explained for my understanding. I've had cataract surgery and a follow up laser procedure. I am amazed at how well the healing process was. Its like a weights been lifted from my shoulders. You have no idea how confident and relaxed I feel while driving day, night, rain. Vision is a blessing and soon to be 74 years old, I continue to be blessed.

Dr. Everette is absolutely fantastic! She clearly cares about her patients and it shows. Knowing that my eyes are in the best care has relieved any previous anxiety that I had in the past. She has explained to me what to implement on my severe eye dry syndrome. Dr. Everette was extremely gentle when implementing my plugs into my eyes. I cannot thank Dr. Everette enough for her knowledge and expertise. Moreover, her staff is professional, polite and friendly. The office runs in a timely manner. Ross Institute is clean and has implemented measures to keep all patients safe.Dr. Everette is highly qualified and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Everette and her team!

So glad doctor Everet was my eye surgeon ,she is the best. SHe also,was my wife's doctor, and did a great job, she had problems another, surgeon couldn't repair, so glad we had Dr.Everet.

I got the full Monty yesterday. I saw the technician who was lovely and personable and gave me a pretest, I saw the lovely resident who was very efficient and energetic and personable as well as competent, and I saw the master Dr. Everett, who has been marvelous in my care over the years. Wonderful service. Only thing that I would recommend is that you streamline the check out. The current system requires patients to wait in line a second time for Check out and rebooking.
