On Saturday around 3 PM, I came in because the screw on my eyeglass frame was way too tight and I couldn't loosen it myself. I had bought the same frame, but needed the screw adjusted. A middle-aged white female staff member with shoulder-length hair assisted me. She was a bit hesitant at first, but once she understood that I only needed the screw loosened (not a lens replacement), she kindly agreed to help.
She was very skilled, used the right tools, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. What really impressed me was that this wasn't something she was obligated to do, and she didn't charge me at all. It may seem like a small thing, but it helped me a lot. Truly kind and professional service -- I really appreciate it and highly recommend this place.
