My whole family goes to Visualeyes. Their patient care and expertise goes above and beyond, and their eye exams are reasonable even if you don't have vision insurance. Jennifer is exceptional at helping you choose frames to find exactly what you want in their excellent selection. We can't thank you enough!

So this store is very stuck up, not sure who they think they are, your asked to check in at the front like it's airport security and then asked a million questions name /address/ phone before u can even browse, it's not Beverly Hills rodeo drive. But they act that way! I have money and want to buy frames, doesn't matter!they refuse to sell frames to anyone without buying lenses and complete set up there! Bc they make their money that way, also I was told "this isn't a reference library" and im not allowed to take pictures of the frames either! Really crazy. Yeah because they mark them up double what they are going for online! Will not be back ever! Avoid this snooty shop at all costs! Horrible experience

Visualeyes offers a personal shopping experience not found online or in big box stores. The staff is impressively knowledgeable about frames, lenses and contacts. My family and I are longtime, loyal customers who appreciate the selection and attention to detail given to every individual customer. There is something for everyone. I highly recommend this small, local business for a unique experience and adventure in stylish and functional eyewear!

Visualeyes is the best optometrist in all of WNY, hands down. I have been a customer since they opened many years ago. Dave Leberer has taken care of myself and my wife's contacts during this time, always going through all the options available to us with all the newest products that come to market. David always makes sure to spend time with you and handle any concerns you may have. He is truly a master of his craft. His son Ian conducts the eye examinations with all the latest technology available, ensuring the right fit and prescription you will receive. If you care about your vision and eye health this is the optometrist you need to visit.

I want to begin by saying that Dr. Leberer has been consistently excellent at every appointment, and I truly value the advanced technology your office has implemented. The overall standard of care has always impressed me. That said, I feel it's important to share that my most recent visit with David left me extremely disappointed and has unfortunately led me to seek care elsewhere. When I mentioned that I had purchased my contact lenses elsewhere at a lower price, David became abruptly dismissive. He stood up and said, "Well, I can't match that price," then walked out of the room without any further conversation or even a word of parting. I was left sitting in the chair alone, asking aloud, "Oh, so are we done then?" to an empty room. I understand the reality of retail competition, but I expected a more professional and respectful interaction--especially as a loyal patient who has otherwise had only positive experiences at your office. I'm not sorry for looking for the best price on my daily lenses, but I am disappointed in how that choice was received. ETA: Thank you for your response. I'd like to clarify a few important points: First, I have great respect for Dave Leberer's experience, and I never questioned his technical expertise. However, 40 years of experience does not automatically excuse a lack of professionalism or bedside manner. My concern was never about the quality of his clinical knowledge--it was about how I was treated as a person during my appointment. Second, I did not request--or expect--anyone to match online pricing. I simply mentioned the price at which I had purchased my lenses elsewhere, I didn't even know it happened to be so much lower! That comment alone appeared to prompt a sudden and dismissive reaction, which is what left me so disappointed. Since this is a family business, I understand it may be difficult to offer an unbiased, non-defensive response to an unhappy customer--but I hope you'll take this feedback to heart. Finally, focusing on pricing deflects from the core issue: the interaction itself. I've always valued the care I received from Dr. Leberer and your office, which makes this experience all the more disheartening. It was never about choosing "the online path"--it was about being treated with basic respect and professionalism, regardless of where I bought my lenses.

I switched from my previous vision provider to Visualeyes a few years back, and I am so grateful that I did! From the moment you walk in the door, you are treated like a friend rather than just another patient. Every staff member makes you feel welcome and ensures your experience is tailored to your unique needs. Their expertise is top-notch, their frame selection is unrivaled, and their attention to detail is much appreciated. I could go on and on about how great Visualeyes is, but I suggest checking them out for yourself!

Best place for frames, contacts and exceptional customer experience. I have been a client for years! I love the kindness and commitment to excellence everyone on staff shows--they make you feel like you are their only customer, even though it's always a busy beehive at their locations. As far as contacts go, no one understands contacts and eyes more than Dave--I am literally blown away by how he has fit my difficult prescription with multifocal lenses that do not require me to use readers at all! Whenever I try to find frames elsewhere they don't match up to how I wish to look in my frames. Visual Eyes is the place to go. I am grateful for their commitment to standing out among the crowd.

This place is the best eye glasses store in Buffalo- hands down. The wonderful woman who's assisted me each time I come in is a pleasure. The first time we met she treated me like a serious customer, allowed me to try on as many glasses as my heart desired until I found not one, but two pairs I loved. And keep in mind I had to pay for both out of pocket (I don't have vision insurance), so the customer service and professionalism is really what sold me. I never felt like they didn't know what they were doing, never felt pressured. And every single employee I met there was just as nice and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough.
