The one black woman is very rude. She was rude while I was choosing my glasses and when I was checking out. I come back today to get my glasses tightened and she is still rude. This is a woman who doesn't like her job and decides to project her misery on all potential customers. She tucks her nametag into her jacket so no one knows her name.

Went for contact lens exam. They changed my prescription drastically and when I got tril lens my vision was worse than my old contact lens. They told me try for 2 week and if not ok make appointment to come back. When I went back to make appointment Leslie said she had to check to see what the Dr wants to do. I went there to see if they took my insurance and when I went back to get appointment Leslie said they don't take my insurance. I went home and order glasses online and the got call from Leslie that said they do take my insurance. 4 weeks after they ordered another set of trial lens I went back and ask to get appointment because they need to change. Leslie would not give me appointment. I only have 90 Days for follow up exam and I could not get before the time. I called 2 suppliers and batch an lomb and they said they are ready available. Leslie said it is out of her control. Stay away from this place. I wanted $185 and did not get contact lens i can the chart with. Now I have to go to another ace for exam.

Every time I come to this place they screw something up. I went in last Thursday requesting my prescription. I was told only one person could give it to me, but she wasn't there. I left a note with my contact info. She called me the next day and said she would send my prescription via a secure fax. She never sent it. Now, it's Saturday and I need my prescription, and of course this person won't be back to work until Tuesday. The woman I spoke to today on the phone said there is no contact info for the company that holds my prescription (this has to be a lie)... I guess this should be expected from a place inside WalMart.

First off had to argue to on the phone to figure the difference in their exams the lady couldn't tell me.Second they call me in early(I assumed to cut hours and get out early) sine they had 2 cancel appointments get there and cool ny heels till 15 min after my appointment then the lady ask for prescriptions that I don't have because I was never told to bring them because she is not a doctor but a tech and can't perform an actual eye exam.
