Dr. Lingad and her team are excellent. The receptionists are awesome and friendly. The office design is clean and modern and welcoming. There is a nice variety of frames and shades to choose from. The wait time was short. There are modern screening procedures in place that make the comprehensive exams more seamless. Dr. Lingad took the time to address my concerns and explain to me what was going on and also gave me the right medicine to take care of the condition. I am really thankful and appreciative for this. Really nice and very knowledgeable Dr.

Just saw Dr Lingad for the first time in her office in LIC for an eyelid problem. I am on maternity leave so had my infant with me and Dr Lingad was so kind and accommodating. She was thorough but efficient and I left feeling so thankful if found her office. I would highly recommend her!

She is really personable and it is obvious that she cares for her patients. I was seen on a timely manner and it didn't feel like she was rushing my appointment.
My prescription needed to be raised up but she wanted to ensure that it wasn't raised to significantly that it would hurt my eyes. My last optometrist would give me sh*t about getting my glasses online instead of their own frames but she didn't have any judgement whatsoever. She just wanted to make sure I got the proper prescription.
