Dr. Pamela Arnett is Very professionally run office with a very talented team. Dr. Arnett able to diagnose my problem very efficiently and made me feel comfortable with the treatment. Very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. All my questions were answered, and I always felt like I was being treated with the highest level of service .Recommended.

What a friendly and excellent experience! I strongly recommend their service, My mother in law was feeling pain in her right eye and as a foreigner, who can't speak English very well. They were very understanding and with lots of patience with her to understand her problems. Thanks to all the staff who helped her in the process!

Dr. Arnett is very kind and patient and answered all of my questions. The front desk staff is also very pleasant! However, the wait times for my appointments were outrageous. My first appointment I waited 45minutes to be seen. My second, a follow up, I waited almost an hour.

Dr. Pamela Arnett is a skilled and thorough optometrist. The office staff is courteous, professional and efficient. Metropolitan Eye Surgery has shown me how proper eye care is done. It is a pleasure and necessity for me to receive optical care there!

The employees and doctor are nice, however, I second the previous reviewer about the wait times. I waited over 30 minutes past my initial appointment time to be seen with no explanation.The front desk also took both my medical and my vision insurance and instead of just doing my vision exam like I explicitly said I was there for (I just needed a new prescription for contacts), apparently ran tests that were only covered by medical insurance and charged a "speciality" co-pay without letting me know what was happening. I don't appreciate being up-charged in a pandemic when people are simply trying to get by. I wouldn't have agreed to additional testing at the moment if I had known and now have to be nervous about getting hit by additional insurance charges. Will think twice about returning. EDIT: I appreciate your response, however you say you "check eligibility, copayment and deductible status with the insurance company and inform our patients of their financial responsibilities prior to seeing the doctor", however that was not my experience. At no point did anyone tell me the tests would not be covered by my vision insurance and would be run as a "specialist" in my medical insurance. It's frustrating to owe money you were not expecting to pay, as I'm sure you can understand. But to your point from now on I will deny any and all testing without doing my research first and I suggest others do the same.

Great care and extremely knowledgable doctor. Dr. Arnett addressed all my issues and provided a treatment plan with great results for my eye condition.
