Walking into the store, it was very organized, clean, and smelled very pleasant. I was brought to attention quickly and examined almost immediately. The staff was kind and helped me pick my frames, and they explained the options they had for lens along with the pricing. Overall its one of my favorite stores to get my glasses done.

Be careful when you go there The doctor is trying to sell products double the price that you can find in amazon half off! Also the staff is not professional at all. They had me waiting for so long Kyoto schedule a follow up appointment. I didn't have a co pay and my insurance says that they are not suppose to collect money from me. So I left and was planning to schedule a follow up appointment online with them if needed. The doctor called me and left a message and said that I walked away without paying him and that he will send me a bill and if I won't pay it will go to the collections services. I can say is that they are extremely unprofessional and that's me being nice. Save your time and money and do not go there!!!

Good prices on frames and nice selection. staff is really helpful and Doctors are great. Patient helpful with making decisions also verify the prescriptions ordered are correct and work well. Only thing negative which brings the reviews down is the appointment times run late and it can be 20 plus minutes later then the schedule other then this I would give them a 5 star review

As far as optometrists go, for the years that I've been coming here (about 6), the service of the staff and the skill of the eye doctors is excellent. My prescriptions always are accurate and appointment times are respected. There is also a large selection of on-trend eyeglass frames at a range of prices.

What a great experience! Not only were the team out front friendly and welcoming, Dr. Van was awesome - so kind and professional. He provided valuable insight to all of my questions and gave me a clear (and digestible) summary of my eye health. It's been 5 years since my last eye exam, but now that I've found this place and Dr. Van, I'll be making sure to be better about annual visits. Thanks all!

The kind staff are always knowledgeable and honest about the process and price. Everyone from their front desk staff to the Dr.'s themselves. I've been coming here for 10 plus years and it's always a pleasure.

Today was my third time here and my experience keeps getting better and better! I was 15 min early to my appointment but the nice gentleman still took me in right away. After the doctor saw me (which took no more than 20 min for both regular and contact lenses exam), Emira helped me choose my new frames, she walked me through the different prices and features. Also, she went out of her way to look into how to take the most advantage of my insurance. She really hooked me up! Thank you so much!
