If you want to purchase DEFECTIVE glasses potentially harmful to your eyes go here. If you care about your eyes do NOT go here. They sell cheap and low quality glass lenses. I noticed the scratches all over the lenses in the direct sunlight at a certain angle when I was in my car. Something kept bothering my eyes as I was driving and so I took a careful look and in the bright sunlight I saw scratches everywhere. I reached out to them and they told me to bring it back for a replacement. Then I picked up my replacement after a week and the same thing happened- there is a cluster of internal scratches. How can you send out and sell lenses from your "lab" this way AGAIN? Horrible service and low quality care. Go to a professional eye doctor and a professional eye wear store if you want to protect your eyes. If you bought glasses from here take a careful look at your lenses in the bright light outside if you care about your eyes.They blame it on the temperature of the car and the sudden climate change - let me tell you, this has never happened to my previous glasses that I owned for many many years purchased from professional places. The replacements I picked up had scratches immediately, but I didn't want to waste my time further with them. Can't trust my eye care with Cooper crown and do NOT recommend to my family and friends.

Not sure what happened, but a couple months back I went to get a pair of glasses that my insurance covered. However, when I went to try them on, my vision was not quite correct but difficult to explain why. It was hard to focus and it felt uncomfortable on my eyes which I explained to the optometrist. She recommended focus therapy, but I later realized that the lenses of the glasses were switched. My vision was very similar to my old pair of glasses when I'd accidentally switch the lenses. The prescription was right but the company that Cooper Crwn used to create my glasses made them wrong.

Updated on 10/5/24 There was a delay getting the eyeglasses for my son. It took over a month to get the final piece! I dropped off the prescription with my son's eyeglasses frame on 8/28 and received them back on 10/5. I was told that it usually takes longer when I use my insurance. So I called them a little over 2 weeks to check the status. They called me back and told me that lenses didn't arrive from the insurance company to the lab. The lenses might have lost they said. When I went to pick up the eyeglasses on 9/20, I was shocked to see the thick and heavy lenses. They were so thick, and touching the nose rest. I refused to take the eyeglasses for my 4 year old son, and asked them for compression lenses what I always get for my son from other stores. How come the person who took the order from me never offered me for compressed lenses if he knew my son's prescription is special and would end up with the thick lenses without compression? I was very disappointed and would want to take the eyeglasses frame to somewhere else. We finally picked up the glasses with compressed lenses today on 10/5/24. It took 5 weeks and 2 days. It might be our last time getting the eyeglasses from the cooper crwn. ____________________________ A lot of selections and reasonable price. Price runs from $89 with a frame and lenses. They offer the eye exam for $30 and its pretty quick and the waiting was not that long.

This place is fantastic. I came in because my glasses from a different store were crooked. I'd been to at least 3 different places trying to adjust them, but they always just ended up lopsided right away once the plastic (plastic frames not metal) weren't hot anymore. They took the time to clean and adjust them for me, and FINALLY my glasses aren't crooked anymore. Thank you so much for being friendly and fixing them for me<3

Eye Doctor is very honest and friendly, always smiling and making sure you feel safe. Cheaper price(starting at $89 frame & RX lenses, Eye exam $50) and kind services. I highly recommend this store.

I brought my son to order a new pair of glasses. They told me that it may take 1 - 2 weeks. I called one week later & it was not ready which I expected. I called again after 2 more weeks to check the status.(since they never called me...) They put me on hold for more than 7 min. I could hear all the background noise and noise from some kind of machine. I don't know it takes that long to check if glasses are ready or not. If they are busy, they should have called me back after checking status. I wonder if they even ordered frame. I am glad that I did not put down any deposit since I am not going to take the glasses anymore even it's ready. I don't expect to receive call either. I don' care if they have good selection or if the price is competitive. They should learn how to treat clients first. I am never going back to this location again. Cooper Crwn - I am giving you one star only to post this review. However your service deserves ZERO star.
