For over 25 years, I have been a joyful and delighted patient of Dr. Aspasia E. Draga and her amazing professional staff. Dr. Aspasia is a patient's dream come true, I have always been treated with her utmost patience, respect, and empathy as she and her staff listen to my concerns and questions about all of my eye conditions. Her responses have made me feel comfortable and confident that my eyes were in the very best hands possible. Most recently, after following my wait and see attitude towards my slowly developing cataracts, Dr. Aspasia advised me that it was time to have cataract surgery in both of my eyes. She explained everything in detail and when i didn't understand something she would always rephrase what she said so I walked out armed with her expert advice. If something unexpected happened, like a prescription problem at my local pharmacy, a call to one of her amazing team members would immediately resolve the issue at the pharmacy. Every time I visited her office, her staff always made me feel welcome and comfortable when I took routine tests to update the conditions in my eyes. It's always just a pleasure coming to see Dr. Aspasia Draga. The results of my cataract surgeries in both eyes have been remarkable. My eyesight has improved so dramatically, that I no longer need to wear eyeglasses. Dr. Draga, I want you to know that your professional and personal manner always put me at ease, and I walk away feeling confident that you have the best outcome for my eyes as your highest priority. After many years of receiving excellent care from Dr. A. Draga and her partners, I was extremely disappointed when I recently called the office to be seen for an emergency. Their clinical contact person called me two and half hours after my initial call and asked me if I had old drops from a year ago to use. He and the scheduler then said I could be seen the next day. After I reiterated that I was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen the same day, I was told it wasn't possible and I should go to a walk in center. Fortunately, I called another local opthalmologist. I was given an appointment for that afternoon. I was diagnosed with an ulcer on my cornea, which the doctor said could cause loss of your sight or affect your eyeball if not treated immediately. I received immediate care and was provided with an appointment with a cornea specialist for the next day. The care and concern that I finally received was what I expected from the team of medical personnel in Dr. Draga's office. Luckily for me the serious condition was diagnosed, and addressed professionally in a timely manner. A medical practice shouldn't treat a patient like a business customer without regard for the patient's well-being.

I'm saddened to write this review because my family has been with Draga for over 30 years. Let me start by saying that the doctors are wonderful... BUT, The scheduling is completely ridiculous. I've never had an appointment time that was honored. Today, I took my mom, 88 years-old for her appointment and waited well over an hour, then when we asked about the wait, we were met with attitude. I'm not sure what's happening here but it is quite unfortunate. Hopefully someone from the practice cares enough to address this issue.

Both my partner and myself go to Dr Draga for eyecare and had recent cataract surgery. We have been extremely pleased with her care. She is extremely professional as well as personable and caring. We had never experienced as thorough an eye exam in the past and never knew cataract surgery could be as easy as it was. While the wait in the office may be a little long at times you come to realize it is because of the time and care she gives to each patient.

My experience at Draga Eye Care has been nothing short of miraculous! I anticipated my much needed cataract surgery would be difficult as I was never good with surgeries. Instead, thanks to the amazing expertise of Dr. Aspacia Draga and her especially wonderful staff I ACTUALLY ENJOYED the whole process from start to finish. I highly recommend Draga Eye Care for those who want the very best. I cannot praise them enough!

Dr Aspasia Draga is a wonderful doctor. She did both my cataracts and I now have 20/15 vision. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Having her as my eye doctor puts my mind at ease knowing I am receiving the best care!
