Dr. Irene E. Draga, MD

I wait about 3 hrs on average to see Dr Draga because the office is usually overbooked. If you ever need a prescription or need to communicate with the office, you are in for the challenge of your life. I spent an entire week trying to reach the prescription dept and I was told that my meds were called into my pharmacy but the office rep lied and after weeks of trying to reach them, I am still without my meds. There is something very wrong with the office staff. The Dr. is a gem and she is very attentive and allows time for concerns to be discussed but her office staff is totally useless.

Dr. Irene Draga is an excellent doctor . I gave 5 stars because of her, but the office staffs I gave 1 star. They never return my phone calls after I left at least 10 messages just for a simple question

Unfriendly office staff charges you for services you did not receive. I had to leave my 10am appointment at 1230pm because I had work meetings. It's inconsiderate to be told "well you had to leave" Dr. Irene Draga is lovey but if you ever had an emergency you would not be able to ge though to her. The office staff is rude and has no idea how to provide honest communication. You call to ask if they are on time and then you sit for hours once you arrive. It's happened multiple times, my parents loved this office but they do not care about new patients.

Being a patient for over 10 years and with two successful cataract procedures completed recently gives me an opportunity to highly recommend this physician. She has never rushed an examination or failed to answer any concern. Along with a staff of extremely professional assistants and comfortable quarters (including on site parking), Dr Draga has a warm and extremely pleasant personality.

I have been going here for years and finally had cataract surgery, which went went really. I must say the office is friendly and well run. The staff is professional and helpful. Dr. Aspasia Draga explain things and made it whole experience painless.

Best doctor ever!! I had retinal tear she did my lasers no pain loved her. Staffs are also very helpful. I called in the morning they took me in right away. Thank you Dr Irene for saving my eye!

Dr. Irene is the absolute best. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
