I had such a great experience at this glasses store! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful from the moment I walked in. They were patient and answered all my questions. The store itself was very clean and well-organized, which made browsing easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for your next pair of glasses

I made an appointment at a location nearby accidentally, they recommended this establishment. I recently visited Eyes on Bell for an eye examination, which had been long overdue, and I'm very pleased with the overall experience. The environment is chic and aesthetically pleasing, perfectly reflecting their brand. I was able to secure an appointment within 48 hours to see the lead optometrist herself, which was incredibly convenient. She made a recommendation I had never received before, which was not only helpful but also proactive in supporting my overall eye health. I was also pleased that she had other interventions to examine my eye health outside of the uncomfortable ones I've had in the past. I was also delighted with the frame selection. Normally, I'm not thrilled with the options at most optical shops, but I found a cute pair of frames here that I absolutely love. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is due to the short nature of some of the staff members. While this might be a cultural nuance, I believe it's essential to speak to customers with more ease and provide full details, especially when dealing with new clients. Additionally, there was some confusion about their closing time. The staff initially mentioned they were closing earlier than what Google had indicated, but I was able to advocate for myself and they graciously agreed to stay open until their scheduled time so I could pick up my frames, ensuring I had them for optimal safety while driving. On a positive note, there is complementary parking in the area, which made the visit more convenient. Overall, I am satisfied with the service at Eyes on Bell and would recommend them for their excellent eye care and stylish frame selection. However, it is a bit out of the way for me, so it may not be the most convenient option for regular visits.

I had a great experience at this office. The space is very clean and the staff is professional. I had an eye exam here a few months ago and I was diagnosed with astigmatism. My eyes feel so much better with the astigmatism corrective lenses. I'm so grateful for this provider! They have a very nice selection of glasses and the turn around time is quick for new lenses. I definitely recommend!

My experiences with Eyes On Bell have been wonderful. They are very kind and professional. They helped me find great frames and also helped my husband when his glasses broke. I highly recommend them!

Above and beyond is all I can say. Eyes on bell is an awesome store very high end feel like your in the city. The staff there is so lovely, helpful, and honest. They helped me picked out a frame that fit my face well, payed attention to my wants, dislikes and what worked best in my budget. It was an amazing experience and I will be returning here for all my eye care needs and wants. Dr. Park is amazing very quick and thorough exam super friendly and sweet and explains everything in details so you understand everything that is going on with your vision. Over all this place is a 10 out of 10 Would highly recommend : )

Very beautiful and comfy store. The doctor is wonderful. Explains the process throughout. And the girl helping me pick out glasses was so nice too. Very pleasant experience!

Eyes on Bell is an excellent establishment, and I strongly urge my fellow UFT members to visit them. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, warm, and beyond professional. Rose was absolutely spectacular, and although I can't recall the name of the gentleman who assisted her, he was equally helpful and attentive. They took the time to clearly explain my pricing, properly adjusted my UFT allowance, and were completely transparent throughout the process. Not only did I receive beautiful frames with glare free, scratch resistant, and thin lenses, but I also saved $500 compared to what Cohen's was trying to charge me. At Cohen's, they quoted me $675 for cheap frames, while at Eyes on Bell I got high quality eyewear at a fair and honest price. The difference between this privately owned establishment and a chain like Cohen's Optical in Bay Terrace is night and day. At Eyes on Bell, I felt valued and cared for, not rushed or misled. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent service, honesty, and beautiful eyewear at the right price!

Saw good reviews online and decided to give it a try. Got a new pair of glasses a few days ago and am very happy about the outcome. Eddie and everyone else at the store were super helpful. Gave me some unbelievable generous amount of contact lenses to try. Couldn't believe it. In summary, they know what they are doing to keep their customers happy. They deserve to be in business for a long long time. Will definitely go back for more.
