They are good, but their prices are inflated! The frame I chose retailed at $108 and could be found cheaper elsewhere BUT was charged $210 after a 30% discount from my health insurance (listed at $300 by them)! I am not sure about the rest of the charges since there isn't any price list posted. I find that everything that has insurance paying partial of the payment or discounts, you end up paying INFLATED PRICES!!! The reason for the 2 !

I've been coming here annually for my eye exam and eye glasses since I was a student in school. Dr. Levy, Paige, and the staff are always welcoming and attentive to questions that I have. They take the time to explain the cost breakdown whenever I buy new glasses or contact lenses, and also let me know if there are ever any mail-in rebates that apply (last year they let me know about an Acuvue mail in rebate).

I highly recommend Windsor Park Vision Center! I have been going there for 20+ years. Paige creates a fun, welcoming and optimistic environment for her patients. She is always giving her patients the best quality services. Overall, the entire staff provides excellent customer service, are very attentive to their patients, and gives helpful advice and recommendations when picking out the perfect pair of glasses. The doctors spend the utmost quality time with each patient and are always tending to personal eye care needs. They have a wide variety of glasses so you'll always keep up with the new trends!

Treated like royalty! A total gem with the best service in a local community setting. After our previous go-to closed during the pandemic, we had great referrals to Windsor Park Vision Center and the rave reviews did not disappoint! Great service, quality, value and so much patience and what amazing memories for names and tastes in glasses! This is our second year coming here and still blown away each time at how consistently nice people can be. The definition of customer service! The front desk staff and doctors are all friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I was fortunate to squeeze into an appointment for same day service. I always stress about deciding on frames. Paige is especially amazing in giving honest, friendly advice. Eddie adjusted my existing frames while I wait for my new glasses to arrive. I cannot say enough about what an amazing experience it was. The service is genuine and they demonstrate that they truly care. Never impatient about coming back for adjustments or to ask a question. We walked by a million times and so glad we finally went in. We plan to be loyal customers for life.

Windsor Park is the best! The front desk staff is always SO nice and helpful. This is the only doctors office I look forward to getting reminder calls from because the girls are so friendly! I've been seeing Dr. Levy for many years now and he is just the best. The perfect mix of professional with good bedside manner. I will say I saw Dr. Lee once when Dr. Levy was away and her tone/attitude did not sit well with me, but that is a matter of personal opinion and not a reflection of the practice-I will stick with Dr. Levy! I also lost my insurance a few years ago but keep returning and paying out of pocket because I am just that comfortable here. Nice neighborhood practice-highly recommend!
