5 stars for Carly! It was my first time with her but she was awesome. However, giving 2 stars for the condition of the salon. Smelled terrible the moment I stepped inside. I know they had a plumbing issue a couple years back but it smells like they should definitely consult a water remediation company.

I've been going here for my Brazilian wax for over a year now (maybe even longer) and it's always a great, quick, easy experience. Because of my work schedule, I'm always having to cancel and reschedule appointments which is never a problem and they are very flexible with their appointment availability. Every staff member is nice and friendly and makes you feel comfortable during your wax. Lately I've been trying to stick with Abigail who is amazing!! Our conversations during my appointment are so funny and I am never dissatisfied with my wax!
