I love how I am always able to see a doctor even without an appointment. Also get seen in a timely manner. The staff is always helpful, polite and understanding. They always try to accommodate the patient anyway possible. I appreciate that.

Stopped in after work for a quick fix. The team at this location were accommodating, friendly and honestly went above and beyond. Great to have such a caring office in my neighborhood!

Everything was good! The ladies at this Eye care place were very attentive and responded to any questions I had during my choosing of my glasses. The Doctor was very explicit at the moment of the exam. He also answered any doubts or questions I had. I recommend this Eye Care.

Great service, came in to get new frames. In particular Sherly was really helpful, she was very patient, and allowed me to try on all the frames I wanted until I settled on one.

I am writing to formally convey my serious concerns and disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your facility. The experience was significantly marred by the unprofessional conduct of an employee named Tanya, which left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. During my appointment, I was attempting to clarify my financial obligations, specifically inquiring about the scope of my $150 out-of-pocket payment and how it contrasted with my insurance coverage. While I was engaged in this discussion with another staff member, Tanya, who was situated nearby, repeatedly directed prolonged and overtly disapproving glances towards me. Her facial expression conveyed a clear sense of disdain, which I found highly unsettling. Sensing her discomforting demeanor, I politely addressed her, asking if everything was in order. In response, Tanya noticeably rolled her eyes and uttered a remark in Spanish, which I did not comprehend. This display of conduct was entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, particularly when a patient is seeking essential information regarding their financial responsibilities. The profound lack of professionalism exhibited by Tanya during this interaction was deeply disturbing. It created an environment where I felt unwarranted judgment and discomfort simply for posing legitimate questions about my payment. This encounter was so negative that it led me to seriously contemplate prematurely ending my appointment and requesting a full refund for any services. As a direct result of this experience, I have regrettably decided that I will no longer seek services at your facility, nor will I be able to recommend it to others. I firmly believe that patients should be able to inquire about their financial commitments without encountering such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from staff members. The eye doctor was an absolute delight, very professional and made my visit truly worthwhile! Five stars to Dr. Rodriguez, and a special mention to Karen, the lovely young lady who assisted me,she was a delight as well. Trudy L
