To literally Watch A Great Business Burn Down Was Heartbreaking.When I Seen The New Business Back On Burnside Ave,I Was Beyond Happy.Not Only Happy For My Family & Myself But The Owner Too.I Can Only Imagine Her Journey. My Son Had An Appointment Today & WOW!!The Staff Are Still So Amazing,Helpful, Caring & Understanding.The New Location Is Big & Beautiful.WHAT A BLESSING TO HAVE THEM BACK!!!

Bronx optical is amazing!! I was in and out super fast. Staff is amazing, so kind and attentive! They are right below the train 4 on Kingsbridge RD it's super convenient and easy to get there. The new address is 1 east kings bridge RD. Go check them out !

Amazing Experience at Bronx Optical center ! I had an incredible experience at Bronx Optical center ! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The team was super professional, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain my options clearly, answer all my questions, and help me choose the perfect frames. The selection of eyewear was impressive, with so many stylish choices! Plus, the eye exam was thorough, and I didn't feel rushed at all. I really appreciated how organized and efficient everything was--it made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. Really nice people, very helpful !! I couldn't see without my glasses and the lady was great in helping me choose glasses. Place has a nice atmosphere also. Wasnt a long wait, the eye doctor who wears glasses also is a super nice guy. And also helped me with better recommendations other than glasses. I can see why this place has good reviews I absolutely recommend to everyone even if you are not from the Bronx.

Picked up my glasses today and they looked great. Even with my prescription being +9.50. They have affordable glasses and their service is quick. Received my glasses in a week which is way quicker than I expected. Charlene and Gloria were both very helpful with picking my glasses design and assisting me during pick up. Very friendly and clean eye clinic.

I have been to dozens of opticals throughout my life and this is the first time I can say I will never go to another one again. Jessica and her team are amazing! They are quick to find solutions and their charm and charisma make this place perfect. The doctor is also very friendly and knows what he's doing. Love this place! Highly recommend!

I have been to several Eye Dr's and this is the best place ever. My brother had a very big prescription and we were having problems finding the right place and they were more interested in what he was paying then the health of his eyes. I told him to go to this Eye Dr and they were the best the took great care and they found a problem that all the other doctors missed. I knew then this was the place. Dr.DiBenedetto is the best and his compassion is priceless. His care is amazing and the owner Jessica is so special I cannot tell you how happy I am to have found this place. The staff is amazing as well and they love our community they are a business that takes pride in the care of the customer before they are worried about the price or payment from the customer. I cannot say enough about this caring and the love that they share is unheard of in these Eye Dr offices. Most of all the ones I have been to are rip offs and they just care how much they can up sell you. Not this place. You want the best care this is the place to go for your Eye care. I was so amazed at what I found out about this place. I will be a life long patient. I send my love to all of the staff at Bronx Optical Center. They deserve way more stars too.
