AVOID THIS PLACE - READ REVIEW!!! EDIT: The owner's reply proves my point. Instead of addressing my very specific feedback around my experience, they mistake me for someone else and falsely claim "we know exactly who you are". Everything I said stands true. Come here if you want poor customer service, overpriced glasses, and longer wait times compared to other businesses. How about you (the owners) take a moment to READ my review, take my feedback and improve on those aspects instead of playing defense. Good luck. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: They don't want to give you prescription after paying for your exam because they want you to buy their expensive glasses. When you ask for the prescription, you're met with an attitude. On top, it wont even be printed paper copy, the lady emails it to whatever is on file without checking or asking where you want it sent, and then it goes to spam so you don't even see it. Even their non-designer glasses are overpriced. You're better off buying from Zenni or EyeBuyDirect for the same frames at FRACTION of the price. Even if you add blue light filter, anti glare, all the extras - it will still be less than HALF of what Change iWear charges, AND it shows up quicker. This isn't an ad for those services specifically. My point is you can do much better elsewhere. The products are expensive and sometimes the service or quality makes it worth it, but not here unfortunately. Even for the eye test, it's some remote person doing it and you have to wait while they call someone. I've seen better wait times with one doctor bouncing between many rooms than I have here with this remote setup. Expensive is fine if it's worth it. Here, my initial appointment took long even though I was the only one. Followed by the reluctance to share MY prescription with me. Followed by expensive glasses that are not worth it at base price let alone all the add-ons. Followed by a long pickup time. It's crazy to me that an online site where I place an order days after my appointment manages to give me 1) better product 2) for cheaper and 3) it shows up quicker. I want to support small business and this place seemed really great based on reviews. My experience was disappointing, and I'm only sharing this so that hopefully the business will do better with what you can control (customer service and appointment experience for example). I was surprised by the service given the raving reviews. Maybe I just got bad luck and you'll have a better experience.

I asked them to repair my glasses. They looked at them "" I seen there was crazy glue on the center of the frame. Then they snapped. They hustled me. So would by a whole new pair. Instead of repairing. I thought they were nice until they pulled that stunt. Never going there again. Pay attention. All my glasses. Needed was a screw for the side. She snapped it then put glue on it. I hope she's proud of herself

Beyond 5 stars: First time, I can tell you from all my experiences in all optical this one is the best one I had experience in my life . Everyone who work together in there are completely exquisite .They're super kind, helpful and understanding to the fullest. Thanks for making my day ! I hope to see you guys soon again!

The staff was very curtious and professional. They answered and helped with all our questions and concerns. And our order came in within a few days! Comfortable atmosphere.

I have been going here for years for my glasses and contacts, mostly contacts. This last experience was not the best and can say i would never go back. With this new technology they have it wasnt the best experience I had to return because I couldn't see with my new prescription, which was messed up twice. I ended asking with the prescription they said was correct, let the trials on for weeks to see if i will get use to it. My two eyes still can't see good. Now I have to go to another place and repay 150 for new eyes exam and new boxes. So now I take a lost because they are trying a new system that is accurate. A real doctor should physically be there. Very unhappy

My experience was great. Staff was professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit Shortly thereafter, I received my examine results and within a few days my new glasses. Change iWear tOptical is a wonderful state of the art eye care business. I highly recommend them

My mom is a very picky person to whom she wants to deal with. For a few years she visiting an Optical store that she felt was never quite right. But as older people are they tend to get comfortable with places. And I was finally able to convince her to go over to Change wear Optical after seeing Albert post all these positive videos on Instagram. I don't like posting reviews until the process is complete, anything can happen during a process and you fill a review to early you can't really go back. But this time, I can truly say not only am I happy that I can see my mom is happy. But all she did when we left was mention how excited she is. Once she received her new glasses the exact why she wanted them she is eager to go back not just because the way her glasses came out, but because the satisfaction she had with the line of service, attention, respect, and honesty she got from Kathy (Albert's assistant). Kathy was amazing they way she treated my mom and not just my mom but the people walking in and out the store she gave that undivided attention that people deserve. Incredible! Also, Albert's tech guy, and the Optical Doctor that FaceTime with her after seeing her results. Truly, the best service, with professional emails letting us know when the new glasses were in and when her back up glasses came in as well. Albert you have an incredible staff, I wish you and your employees grow to be bigger! Definitely wish you guys the best and you now have a loyal new customer! Appreciate everything you guys did!
