Wonderful service from beginning to end . Representative Mary was the greatest she helped me with everything. Very polite, caring and helpful. the eye doctor was the greatest answering all questions. best eye exam I have had in years. when my glasses were ready there was another lady there who was great and very helpful. They do not disappoint.

The person that helped me was very nice and patient while shopping for my glasses. However another worker (unsure if the manager) was unfortunately rude and did not make the shopping experience pleasant. I also stopped by to pick up at 6pm and was told that they close at 6 (although their website states 7pm) and had to call ahead. I don't think that a customer would know a store is closing one hour ahead of their listed hours unless there is an emergency. Customer service should be priority in this type of business.

I was helped by Madeline. She was great! I usually have bad experiences getting glasses because I always feel like I'm being up-sold and ripped off. She made sure I was comfortable and stayed within my budget. She gave great recommendations on what looked great with my head shape. It was clear that she is very experienced. I was able to get 2 pairs for myself and a pair for my wife. I would highly recommend this optical store. Especially if Madeline is helping you.
