For the past 2 years I have been going into
Cohen's Fashion Optical 3rd Avenue and every time I come into the store the staff is so friendly and very welcoming! Just like today my experience was phenomenal!
The manager was so sweet to me and very helpful and kindhearted!
She helped me pick out my eye frames she also gave me insight on how to treat my contacts better and told me something that I never even knew!
I truly love Cohen's on 3rd Avenue so anyone who's looking for eye care needs please go to them!
I'm definitely going back every time!

I had a awesome experience with diane and speedy manager, they were so professional and so kind.I love my glasses DITA the location 2856 3rd Avenue bronx ny i'm a customer for life they made me feel like I was family no rush, they took their time.We laughed , but professionalism was 100% speedy the manager didn't like the way the lenses came out.She calls me and said she's sending them back because she wanted the best for me.I appreciate this location and I'm always going to spend my money.

I recently visit this location and was highly disappointed and this is not my first time . Last time I was here was 2 yrs ago and it was nothing like this . The person helping me pick out frames needed help with prices and the man lady who was supposed to be the manager was more interested in having a highly inappropriate uncomfortable conversation with another patient . Really are you here to sell glasses or hit on women . Love the doctor but I will not be coming back to this location !!!
