This business is in a fantastic location, parking is free. I can't stress enough about the amount of professionalism by George, Ashlee, Alma & Darlenis as they all took there time with my wife and I as we had so many questions. We were pestering them and bombarding them with alot of information and they all stepped up and took care of us. My wife ultimately settled on dipe pair of grasses that were reasonably priced (didn't break the bank). Also wanted to shout-out the Dr. who examined my wife, she took her time and was extremely thorough. Everything went smooth and my wife recieved her new specks in a few days after payment. Very satisfied. If you're in need of new designer glasses this place is a must visit. Highly recommended

I had a wonderful time with Alma and Jorge. This wasn't my first time there however today was the first time that I had the pleasure of truly enjoying the company of the employees. I brought my father in for the first time today and Alma was very gracious with him. My interaction with Jorge was also wonderful, he's hilarious and really enlightened the atmosphere in the office. It's really hard to find an office with staff that truly cares about customers and each other. Highly recommend Cross Bronx Optical

I love coming here, amazing doctor and great customer service. Especially appreciate the appointment reminders, I always forget whenever I have an appointment but they make sure to let you know in advance. Very clean and organized.

I thank God for this place ... I couldn't see for almost 8years or more... idk how I did it, having children is not easy because I put them First to the point i neglected my self. I was driving and I saw a mall 174th street... in the bronx... I was looking for an auto zone... any way I say optical glasses... I decided to stop in side. Its mad clean in side and the customer service is great... They never just turn you away. They try to find away to help. They move fast too... like once your medicaid is verified or way to payment ... the eye exam is fast and very highly accurate. The eye doctor takes his time to explain everything... I mean this is a wonderful place to get your eyes seen or checked at... love the customer service

Closed before 7. Call to let them know will be there slightly before 7. They still told me to come. Got there at 7:57 and the gates were close while they ran away from me at the front. Check cameras. And yet they still told me to come in that the doors will close exactly at 7 and was lied to on the phone.wasted my time. Glasses were already paid for .
