The front desk workers are SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL! I received the wrong glasses after waiting 2 weeks... then the lady told me I would receive a call the next day.. I didn't. I called the following day, and was told again I'll receive a call back... again I did not. Worst service!! Complete scam do not get your eye exam from there either, they said you can't get prescription glasses without an exam from their specific doctor which is A LIE!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED!

I gave it a one star because I had to give it something on here, but I really give it a zero. I went to get glasses for work. I do have money but did not think that spending $599 for glasses and $150 for other services was for me. She also threw in my face a $250 payment that my insurance covers. I got called cheap and the lady really told me " I hope You get/stay blind". This place is very very unprofessional and I will never ever go back to this place to get anything. They are also very overpriced and she admitted it too.

I don't usually write reviews but Last year in May. The doctor prescribed me the wrong prescription which turned out to be that I don't need glasses at all .$$800 dollars later I found out that the frames they sold me where FAKE !! Which they confirmed themselves after I pretend I bought the frames somewhere else. I believe business like this should get shut down . I understand you trying to run a business but misdiagnosing people and on top of that selling fake frames Lord !! They rip off hard working people money

This has to be by far the worst place that I have went too. Originally, I went in there with my husband to get an eye exam and a frame. One the frame was expensive which was paid in cash. Secondly, the prescription was wrong we had to get a new exam done by another doctor at Jacobi who told us that whomever did the eye exam did not properly do it. I was given another prescription. The staff was unprofessional and rude giving an attitude because my husbands lenses were cracked when we recieved then On top of it not being adjusted properly to fit his face. We repeatedly went in to have them adjusted, one of the workers claimed she had no Idea how to do it. We were told to come at a specific time and the guy was not even there. . We werent even called for the glasses until we made a fuss about it.We went for three weeks straight to get the glasses corrected. This place still did not correct the issues. The guy Marco tried to persuade us by giving us another prescription on another pair of glasses which we refused. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. If it was up to me i would give them no stars.

I waited 3 weeks for my eye exam results. No one placed the order for my trial pair contacts. One of the employees had their son at work fooling around like it was a playground. They are busy on their phones and gossiping. Customer beware of ghetto rude service owner of the store should fire them driving your business away it's a party house not a business.

The doctor was amazing, but the women he has working there to provide customer service are the worst. They gossiped like a bunch of strippers and were constantly on their phones instead of helping anyone that came in. They didn't call when my glasses were ready. I had to call them and constantly check.

I have been going to them for years, never had any issuses. Last week I purchased 4 pairs of eyeglasses for my preteen son and daughter. Melissa was awesome! I was so pleased with the service and my children's glasses, so I decided to bring a pair of my sunglasses so that they can make them into prescription eyeglasses . I will be picking up my glasses tomorrow . Can't wait !!!

One star is one to many customer service is horrible. Music all to loud. Shouting to speak,when i went there. The two spanish workers behind the counter ignored me lol (im black) The lady that did PRETEND to help me ( rushing to eat her food) was supposed to call the insurance company and request an eye exam. Even after me with the insurance company on the phone told her that's what needed to be done. She act like it was to much to do WOW! To add to the unprofessionalism. Smh......
