I call to make an appointment I asked before I made the appointment. Do you take health first I was told yes my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for another day when I get to the place they are telling me that my insurance doesn't cover the frames. What ironic is when I get my insurance on the phone they tell me all you have to come back tomorrow as we have to get the manager and the frames has be made. Do not waste your time going to this place. They are rip off the doctor and staff laughed in my face while I explained to him my child desperately needs glasses. I have reported this place to their insurance. Please try another local eye clinic. These people here are a scam and a rip off. I have worked in a medical field for many years, including eye doctor clinics, and I know that you can receive your glasses the same day if you need them, I will be reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau. I will be reporting them everywhere. They will not get away with what they did

100/10 service. This is my second time going and each time is better than the last! Carmen and her team go above and beyond for their patients. They're quick and efficient, and they take the time to make sure you get exactly what you're looking for. I couldn't be happier or welcomed. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere else

The optometrist is very detailed & thoroughly explained my exam. The young lady at the front desk, Melissa, is a sweetheart, very friendly & patient. She greeted me with a wonderful smile and is professional. Overall it was a great experience. I strongly recommend Designer Optical of Parkchester.

When I first called to make the appointment I was told my insurance was taken there and I was covered. As soon as i go in the for the visit im told my insurance only covers a discount of 80 off the glasses and if I complete the exam there and dont buy frames from them I would have to pay 110 after speaking with several other optical stores and optometrists I was told this was illegel. I WILL NEVER RETURN OR ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO GO HERE. Trying do go local and instead of a big company I ended up spending close to 300 on no name brand frames. Nothing designer or even close to high end treatment or customer service here. STAY AWAY!!!

If you want to pay double the price come here they will rip you off by 400 extra dollars saying Versace don't have the glasses you want and they give you their choice. Twice I got the wrong glasses. Go online they all have great customer services.. Do NOT PAY $900 or more when you can pay 4 or 5 hundred less online. Make your self a smart consumer

Melissa (sales manager) is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely helpful! The optometrist Dr. Dingley was very patient and she really took time when examining my eyes and my sisters. I highly recommended designer optical of parkchester!

I love this place. Go see Carmen she's the best. Very nice and patient when shoeing you the frames and the doctor really cares and give you full details of your eye examine.
