The staff are very friendly knowledgeable and accommodating. The doctor made me feel so comfortable when he was giving me an eye exam. He also gave me information that I did not ask for but it was really much needed. He was so sweet. The ladies in the front were super sweet as well. They go over and beyond to help their customers. Instead of trying to sell me super pricey glasses or lenses, they actually showed me the best affordable option as well. Sometimes their recommendations may be surprising. They are def not trying to milk the customers for all their money. Last year i broke my glasses when I was out of town. Obviously I had no way of getting my glasses replaced all the way from Chicago! Lol my bf went and told them the problem. They actually did a video call with me and were super nice about it. They replaced my glasses within 5 to 7 days. My bf picked them up and delivered it to me. All of this was in the time span of 1 week and about 2 days. From the moment that that I called him to tell him my problem, up until the moment that I received my package, that had my new glasses, in Chicago. Will def be going back. Ps the glasses that I wanted weren't in stock. I was expecting the ones that I chose that I chose, that I really wasn't happy with but had no choice to pick them. When I received my package .....I ACTUALLY RECIEVED THE ONES THAT I WANTED THAT WERE OUT OF STOCK! Can't believe they went out of their way and canceled the ones that Knew I didn't want and Ordered the ones that I wanted that weren't in stock at the time. They didn't have to do that, but they did . That meant a lot . .

Dr.Vilinsky and his team are incredible. Dr. V is very knowledgeable, honest, understanding and efficient. I have been going to him for about 15 years now and every time he has given exceptional service. He is so amazing that people are willing to wait up to 3 hours to be seen by him!! His business is almost always full of people waiting to see him. His service is superior to many: so much so that I have referred family, friends and pretty much anyone who has eyes to him. All who I have recommended have had the same experience. He is definitely worth any wait time! Thanks Dr. V for all you do! I don't rely very much on Google Reviews as anyone can comment: check ZocDoc, an online platform used to create and book appointments. Only those who have checked in (and have already been seen by him) can comment. The same is for any doctor on ZocDoc. The reviews there will tell you the same as I did!

Staff is very unprofessional. After calling and explaining my son glasses were broken and I want to switch frames I was told to come in with the glasses. Upon arrival to the office with his broken glasses I was refused service because an exam needed to be done. I inquired about an exam Wednesday and was told to just return with insurance card and child. Two days later on a Friday I was told there is no walk in. The staff is unclear about all services and leave clients information in view of all, overall very inattentive. No customer service skills. Staff was observed drinking soda having side conversations instead of helping potential customers.

If you're reading this review it's likely because you care about quality and organization. This office has neither. I made an appointment through Zocdoc and they didn't confirm it. Then after calling and showing up for a walk-in I found out that they don't keep up with ZocDoc appointments and their schedule was full. I was told I couldnt see the doctor for at least 45mins. Unless you have 2-3 hours free to sit here in the lobby and wait for 1 doctor servicing many people don't go here.

I bought a pair of glasses there over 3 months ago, paid in full, and I still haven't gotten them. They never answer their phone so I'm not able to get in touch with anyone, and if I go over there, they're closed. It's not my first time buying glasses there but it's definitely my last.

The staff is friendly and not as pushy as some optical places that try to sell you Gucci frames right off the bat. Dr V was professional and got me what I needed. Nice vibe here overall.

Very unprofessional. I was left on hold for 25 minutes and my only question was if they accepted my insurance . She first said she wasn't sure and then left me sitting on hold .
