I just had a very thorough eye examination at Dr Sheindlins office. From the efficient and welcoming staff, the knowledgeable techs and Dr Sheindlin himself, it was a very pleasant experience. I'm always happy when a doctor's office is busy, it means he's good. But I wasn't rushed. All my questions were answered. Great experience!

If I could leave a thousand-star rating, I absolutely would. Dr. Sheindlin is a true blessing. For years, I struggled with severe nearsightedness; no glasses or "eye exper" ever truly corrected my vision. Then, in 2017, my case was transferred from Dr. Dankner to Dr. Sheindlin. Within just two visits, he scheduled me for cataract surgery with ocular lens implants, one eye at a time. The results were miraculous: I was cured of my lifelong struggle of not being able to see distance. While I don't have 20/20 vision, I can now easily pass a DMV eye test--something I never thought possible. Dr. Sheindlin possesses a rare combination of exceptional skill and genuine compassion. His personality and demeanor are perfectly suited for his profession. He embodies a type of doctor rarely seen today: one motivated by a profound desire to help humanity. As my mother always said about this special breed of Jewish doctors, "They are Angels of God." Thank you Dr. Sheindlin!

Dr. Sheindlin is a wonderful doctor. He is always upbeat and optimistic about my eye situation. His staff is very nice and the office is very clean. The only down side is his office is always very busy and wait times can be long. While he is worth waiting for sometimes it can be a bit much. Anyway love this doctor and will go to him until I can't anymore.

I had an appointment for 12:40pm on January 30, 2023. I gave my insurance info to the person with whom I booked the appointment. I arrived at 12:30 pm, signed in, and gave my insurance card to one of the ladies who works in this office. Twenty minutes beyond my appointment time she walked over to where I was sitting and told me that my insurance has an incorrect date of birth on file. I knew that was not correct because I have been part of this insurance since 2014. She asked me to call my insurance and address the DOB issue which I did only to be informed that they have my correct DOB. Twenty minutes later I asked the same lady if she was able to verify my insurance and she said "yes" but her billing person would call me soon. The billing person called me within 10 minutes to inform me that since I have a high deductible health plan, they needed me to pay up front for the service. They wasted 50 minutes of my time. Dr. Sheindlin is an " in network" provider and his billing clerks know that they should bill the insurance and after they receive a response they should then bill me if there is something left for me to pay. These people are shakedown artists. I have never had an in network doctor asking for payment up front. Stay away from them. They are all about the money not the medical care.

I have been seeing Dr.Scheindlin for years, and hold him in high regard, but after my last visit on 1/15/24, I will never go back to his office. Arrived at 9:30 for a 10:00 appointment. After an hour wait, they stated wait time could be up to 2 hrs. After another 30 minutes I asked the front desk how many other doctors were working, which I was told was just one. When I asked why other patients, who came in after me were being called before me, they couldn't give me an answer. Totally unprofessional.

I accompanied a friend to an appointment at this office. Her baby was referred there. Dr. Sheindlin was kind to me. His Stepmother is someone who I'd love to meet because she is what I aspire to be. He was extremely welcoming and when I mentioned his Stepmother, he didn't get upset which made me become more respectful of his family. Thank you Doc, for helping Dylen, my god Nephew)and being kind to me.

Dr. Sheindlin is great, but his billing system is horrible. I pay co-payments every time I go and I receive bills stating that my account may go to collections. It happens all the time. When I call the office notifying that I have proof, the staff can be very rude. The hazle is too much; I decided to look for a different doctor. It is a shame because Dr. Sheindlin is a great doctor. I am not the only person going through this.
