Amazing Doctor. If you have a stye, he's the guy. Had it cleared up in 2 days. 10/10.

I do not usually take the time to write these kind of reviews but unfortunately, a staff member at this facility has allowed me to believe I needed to do so. First and foremost, I do want to say that the staff excluding this one male employee was genuinely very helpful and sweet. One member alone ruined the entire experience. Now, as someone who helps oversee 5 off-sites for a Cardiology department, I understand that there are typically wait times at medical practices - however being there close to 2 hours does seem a bit excessive and we ended up having to leave before the doctor saw my husband. My husband and I arrived promptly for our 930 appointments. A female staff member saw we had our two kids, and kindly helped take turns for each of us so as to avoid longer wait time for initial testing. As soon as this male staff member took over in assisting, it was downhill from there. 1. During one of my exams, the male staff member rudely spoke to the female staff member that was helping me and said he would take over during one of my tests. All she did was ask per my request whether or not I had to remove the contacts that were in my eyes.. He propped me on machine and I commenced test and he walked away. The female staff member noticed the lens was not put up, machine was not properly set up therefore I had to repeat test. 2. I did get to see Dr Wu and finish all my testing. The Dr was a little fast but knowledgeable and got me my prescriptions. No complaints there. However, after 45 mins of me being done my husband still hadn't even completed testing. I asked the male staff member how long he think it might be because we had my soccer game to go to. His response? "Well you have your kids" .. LOL ok.. our appointments at that point were before the majority of the people there. And I had been done almost an hour before and others were still being called before my husband. 3. Almost 30 minutes later, I kindly approach the same staff member and say that we have to leave soon for game. His response? " I know you told me three times." It was not 3 times, it was twice and at this point I expressed to him that his comments were continuously passive aggressive for which he gets defensive and says "no I am not." He continued to be rude instead of just seeing if he can help. The only thing he managed to pull was that they were up to b18 and that my husband was b24 which did not make sense to us considering our wait times and the fact that at this point I had been done for over an hour. Not sure if this was a discrepancy but I believe he could've spoken to someone and just seen if my husband could be called next considering time constraint. 4. At this point it's almost 12 and we need to leave. We begin to walk out when the male staff member approaches me and says "let me explain something to you".. to which I replied I don't want to hear it. He then approaches my husband, who disregards him. 5. Male staff member demeanor was completely uncalled for. Someone with his attitude should consider a new profession because there should be no room in healthcare for people like him. I mean that wholeheartedly. 6. There was a different staff member biting nails during an exam. That was pretty disgusting.

Very poor experience. Dismissive doctor and does not listen to your needs. Quite arrogant and rude. Will not be going back despite nice staff. I went for an eye exam and got a prescription without a full exam? How is that even possible...

He is a great doctor, very kind.

The office is clean but very dated, chairs are stained. The lady who dealt with me at the front desk was very efficient. Had a comprehensive exam before briefly seeing Dr Wu. He looked at my eyes, and told me to pick up my prescription at the counter and come back in 6 months Unfortunately he did not discuss my prescription or address my concerns with light sensitivity.

Dr. Wu is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I developed some very bad cataracts in both eyes. I could not see clearly to work. I found Dr. Wu and could not be happier. He diagnosed my problem and recommended surgery. The surgeries for both eyes turned out well! Went from barely being able to recognize faces to being able to drive without glasses. I highly recommend him and have referred friends and colleagues to see him.

Doctor is professional with excellent bedside manner and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Staff is mediocre at best. Customer service needs work - I finished my visit with the doctor and I wanted to get glasses at their optical and to my surprise, the optical staff already left despite the doctor still being there. Five stars for the doctor and two stars for the staff.

I visited this office on numerous occasions and first impressions were great.That is until I started needing everyone to do more than the normal daily activity. The front desk staff were mostly(not all) rude and dismissive in handling my situations. Dr. Wu upon my second and third visit I realized was too in a rush/hasty in his way of practice to meet my needs fully and provide me with concise excellent service. When it came down to me needing them for more than a simple eye check up they just were not professional, helpful and open to caring about my situation. The main problem I found was that I couldn't resolve my own issue without including them in the process which made it extra frustrating. Over the phone they treated me as if I was annoying them. In person I could tell they were unhappy with the constant questions and my need for me information or assistance. They were unsympathetic and unhelpful on numerous occasions. This establishment is run like a machine to bill you for test you don't need and not address the issues you need tending to.
