Proceed with caution coming to this place. The customer service is terrible. I've been having to call multiple times to check on the status of my prescription. The rep Nina advised me that she will call me back on two occasions which lead to her never calling me back regarding my prescription status. This will be over my fourth attempt reaching out to a rep over the phone. This time around no one is able to pick up the phone. I will now have to resort in heading to the location in person in order to inquire a simple question that could've been resolved and answered over the phone. The employees need to be retrained regarding proper phone etiquette and learning how to better assist a situation via phone call. Moving forward, I do not plan to seek further services from this eye clinic center. Horrible experience.

This place used to be so good back then but now their time management is bad when come to just simple results paperwork. Another reason for wanting to put 0 if possible its like once you get ahold of them they keep track your number and never able to get ahold of them again unless you call from another number.

This place has not been cooperative, they keep making claims that the prescription would be ready the following week and they aren't ready and saying we have to wait longer. It's already been almost 3-4 weeks since then and my last pair of glasses were done under a week almost 2 at best. They tell us they'll call us to let us know that our glasses are ready sometimes they do sometimes they don't and it's annoying to deal with that. Honestly save your money to other eye clinics than this one. Can't speak for every single elite eye care they may be different but this location is just honestly slacking.

I thought that I had those services. My experiences were my $750.00 glasses optical lens were never corrected. I had to keep returning the glasses more that three times since September 2024 because the optical lens were off. They had the glasses in their care more than me using them. I had a letter from my eye doctor stating that the optical lens were off. When they returned the glass to me, I thought that this was the last time of me returning the glass, but the optical lens were still off. This is when I decided to give them back their eye wear and not to have anything else to do with this company anymore. (I have a second pair that my insurance paid for which are bifocal those optical lens are off as well. My eye doctor examin both of them.) The representative had the NERVE to perform that she didn't know what was going on and who I was. She, lead me to believe, that this company business is untrustworthy due to her behavior.

Greetings! The 149st crew are the best! I bought myself and son a pair of glasses and we always come by to tighten them. They are always so nice and welcoming to us. They also have affordable prices and payment plans. Great team!

I loved the honesty , another eye place was trying to jerk me out of 350 that was unnecessary upgrades . The woman at this location explained to me what the doctor had prescribed too me . So rare to find love this place

I had my appointment with them about a month ago and I have yet to receive my glasses.. they leave me on hold to "find out" what happened to them but eventually hangs up. Poor customer service

Don't buy any glasses in this place..all they do is try to look pretty all day and beat you out of your money with cheap lenses
