Elite Eye Care

I have been going to them two years, never had any issues. Last week I purchased 4 pairs of eyeglasses for my preteen son and daughter. Melissa was awesome! I was so pleased with the service and my children's glasses, so I decided to bring a pair of my sunglasses so that they can make them into prescription eyeglasses . I will be picking up my glasses tomorrow . Can't wait !!!

Upon entering the establishment with the intention of purchasing a pair of glasses, I perceived a lack of attention from the sales/front desk attendant. It appeared as though she assumed I was merely there for insurance glasses, prioritizing her friend's son. She even facilitated her friend's son to see the doctor before attending to me who arrived before them. The technician in the back lacks customer service skills and fails to create a welcoming atmosphere, often delivering instructions in a manner that feels demeaning. Their demeanor improves only when they anticipate there will be a monetary transaction. I'm grateful I opted to take my business elsewhere, and I encourage others to do the same.

The staff is professional and friendly. I always get good advice when I am looking for a new pair of glasses there. They are warm and remember me but are never pushy. Even though I have moved to florida, I still come back to this store because they are the best!!

Just left Elite Optical. Had a professional eye exam service by a professional Optometrist. The doctor explained to me the problem with my vision and how to take better care of my eyes. Ended up buying a new pair of glasses for a reasonableprice. Very professional sales staff on site. Good to know there are still good eye doctors around and not these Technicians who do eye exams. Definitely will be back.

Never seen such a big selection of prescription glasses and sunglasses. Best part is they have a doctor on sight every single day! Definitely a place you want to stop by and shop if you're looking for top quality service and product!

Came to the store. Hours said I could come In There at 9 am it was closed . I was told by a person nearby they don't open until 10 I waited until 10 30 and it was still closed. Fix your schedules. Stop wasting people's time. I'll change this review when they fix their schedules.

Don't try to go to this place in the afternoon. It's like pulling teeth to get the employees to do anything and they are rude if they feel you are of no expense to them or an immediate sale. I doubt this review will even hurt your outdated business.
