Doctor is good but the rest of this store is rude also just got my glasses put them on my face they broke dont get glasses here and Sunday's they not open so I dont know why the website would say they open

Very clean, friendly staff ,great doctor prices are reasonable wait times was a little over an hour and they apologized for that great service

This place does not take walk ins, i walked in to have an eye exam done so i can purchase glasses. Being that i usually get off work at 7pm i thought id walk in since i decided to take a day off from work and thought maybe this would be the best time to get the exam done. Upon walking in i was told there aren't any available appointments till Friday which today is Monday. Mind you, the office was completely empty. I decided to call the grand concourse location and the receptionist there told me that Elite eye care does take walk ins and found it weird that the Tremont location wont see me today for an exam. The receptionist told me they are available to see me today. So now i have to take a 45 minute bus ride to grand concourse because the Tremont Elite eye care location were too lazy or just didn't want to do their job.

i love this place , been wearing glasses since I'm 9 , been around many eyeglass spots but this place is different. they got amazing selection to choose from and prices are great , on top of that i got my frames quick, definitely will be seeing them again soon, thanks guys!

Me and my son came into this location 3 months ago. They told me they would call me in 2 weeks later so my son can pick up his glasses. My son went into the location because we never received a phone call 3 weeks later to inquire about his glasses. They told my son they never put the order in and I've been calling for the last past 3 months and no one answers. Unprofessional

Very bad attitude, they do not answer their phone calls. I called everyday for three weeks. To inquire if my auntie's glasses was ready without any luck. I personally went in the place to pick it up as no one called to say it was ready. More than a month. No apologies was rendered, instead it was excuses were offered. Never will I use them again...

fast and reliable service . doctor listen to your needs and employees are respectful. they also have great options in frames which i will be returning for :)
