The Doctor is very professional and does his best to make you comfortable and feel at ease. He has a very relaxed way of getting through the whole process.
I just wish that his good nature translated to his front office staff. They can be rude, and very unprofessional. They will give you an appointment for a certain time, then badger you to come in early. And when you do get there early, they make you wait over an hour past your original appointment time. I find that very disrespectful, they have very little regard for your time.
