My family and I have had such an incredible experience at this office that I truly felt compelled to share. My son, my husband, and I have all been seen here, and every single visit has exceeded our expectations. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for. Jessica is absolutely wonderful she is professional, patient, and genuinely kind. She took the time to answer our questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. You can tell she truly cares about the patients she works with. My son unfortunately had to come back a few times due to some eye issues, and as a mom, I was very worried. Dr. Annette was amazing. She was thorough, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. She didn't rush us, she listened carefully, and she made sure we understood exactly what was going on and how it would be treated. Most importantly, she resolved the issue and made my son feel safe and comfortable during every visit. That meant everything to me. What really stands out about this office is the level of compassion and professionalism. It's rare to find a medical office where you feel truly heard and supported, but that is exactly how we felt here. The entire team works together seamlessly and treats patients with respect and care. We are so glad we chose this office for our family's eye care. We will absolutely continue coming here, and I've already referred friends and family because I trust them completely. If you are looking for an office that is caring, attentive, and truly puts patients first, I highly recommend coming here.

This is truly the place you want to be. The customer service is great. They really look out for your needs. They call you once your glasses come in if you have any issues with your current glasses, you can come in and fix them for you. Just great staff the doctors are amazing and a great location.

It's crazy how the place was not been professional. I called week before my appointment, give my insurance and they confirm that they take it. They called me a day before that confirm again everything. I show up and they letting me we don't take your insurance. No sorry, nothing, if you were in my shoes what will you do? They should hire better staff and be more professional.

Staff was rude and charged $1000 for glasses even after insurance. Don't listen to reviews about experience. I'm going to this place for affordable eye care, not experience. Go somewhere with better eye care and affordable prices.

Disgusting is the only word I can use to describe EYE CARE UNLIMITED. Not only are they very unprofessional the doctor is disgusting and rude, the way he speaks to his patients and people is no way a doctor should speak to anyone. Save your money , save your time.

Dr. Annette Contento is truly one of a kind! From the moment you walk into her office, you feel genuinely cared for and at ease. She takes the time to really listen and explains everything clearly, so you never feel rushed or confused. Her expertise is unmatched because she's thorough, patient, and always goes the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable and well-informed about your eye health. The staff is equally wonderful -- professional, friendly, and efficient. Booking appointments is easy, wait times are short, and the office is clean and welcoming. Dr. Contento has a warm, kind demeanor that makes you feel more like family than just another patient. So I am a parent of a 4yr old who needs glasses for the first time, I myself wore glasses for about 20yrs but always went to Metro Optics in Parkchester being that it was our family doctor & as I got older and went on my own they were always extremely helpful. So now back to my son after seeing a specialist for his eyes I was referred to this location 'Eye Care' '1086 Morris Park' through my insurance. Unfortunately for the first time I didn't bother calling to check if Metro Optics took my insurance my son has. Unfortunately that was the biggest mistake I've made. From the first time walking in it was uncomfortable my son is 4 with special services and multiple times they asked if I would like to come back another day because he was crying and they had other patients in the waiting room. I refused and explained he would calm down if they were a bit more child friendly. Then I spoke with 'Ashley' I expressed I would take a pair of frames through Medicaid & pay for a 2nd out of pocket immediately she began to try to sell me these things my son supposedly needed on his glasses. When I asked her to explain in detail what exactly she is recommending she could not. She ended up quoting me about $500 At this point I only had taken the pair I got through Medicaid.I also made sure to ask her, How does the warranty work? She explained to me it was unlimited warranty for the year as long as we did not lose the glasses. So now days later, unfortunately, the glasses broke. My son has an IEP for those who are aware of what that is. I return back to the clinic & now Ashley was busy so I spoke with another woman. I never got her name since she never introduced herself. So now, as I explained to her, what happened with the glasses, she tells me this would be my only Claim left. I go on telling her that Ashley told me different that basically if the glasses were broken, it was unlimited warranty for the year but if I lost the pair, then I only had one claim for the year, which is totally understandable she goes on by telling me that this is not true & turned around & gave her a dirty look as I'm standing right in front of her & then comes back and tells me well, I'm sorry you was given the wrong info, but that's not how it works so now I become frustrated. I'm dealing with a 4yr old who has special services And now they are telling me the next time my son breaks the glasses. I have to come out of pocket so I go through with the claim and I go to Metro Optics right after leaving this office. I get there & the woman explains everything to me regarding my insurance. We even called the insurance company with her right there, I was told by the insurance company I was eligible for two pairs of glasses For the year, I had 1 Claim for the year if the glasses were ever lost & unlimited replacement claims for the year if the glasses were broken as long as I returned the glasses so now can you understand how frustrated I become after hearing this mind you, Metro Optics is a much bigger Office Much busier & the front desk took her time to call the insurance company with me right there & then to make me feel comfortable to proceed with a purchase. I ended up ordering a second pair of glasses from them and with everything Ashley was offering me I got for my son's second pair of glasses with Metro Optics for literally $200 less. & actually one of the things she was trying to sell me my son didn't need being he is only 4 years old. I also expressed my concerns with the Doctor being that she is the owner of the office she was extremely dismissive. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's unfortunate that there are people who would do these type of things to a child. The glasses were not for me. They are for my son. I understand sales and commission, but where is the compassionate and sympathy for these children this Office is definitely not child friendly if the child has special needs don't think twice and please call your insurance and get the details of your plan before walking in.
