I desperately needed replacement prescription eyewear for work in the utility field. We found this location and picked it because of the reviews and proximity. The reviews all spoke about a person named Cathy in such wonderful detail. I walked in and asked, "are you the famous Cathy I read all the reviews about?" Sure enough I was greeted by Cathy and all of the reviews are the God honest truth. Cathy was helping three customers all at a once. Cathy got exactly what I needed on the spot, found out my prescription, and even added a frame for my old lenses for a phenomenal price for everything in less than 30 minutes. Thank you so much. Completely satisfied customer. Highly recommend. I am glad to go to work ready, willing, and able thanks to Cathy and the wonderful staff at Eye-Deal Optical.

Walked in today with a simple request: replace my nose pads. She said yes, chose the pads herself, did the work in under two minutes, then after finishing casually says: "That'll be $10." No price disclosed upfront, no transparency, no consent. Just a surprise charge once the job is done, classic bait-and-switch behavior. I've had glasses adjusted and nose pads replaced at many optical shops for 30+ years and have never been charged, but even if there was a fee, the issue is the lack of disclosure. Had I been told beforehand, I would have declined. Charging $10 for a $0.10 part is one thing. Charging it after the fact is another. I don't recommend this place if you value honesty and basic customer respect.

My experience was so pleasant with Cathy that I'm going back for another pair of glasses. She has great customer service and that added extra touch. Cathy is great.

We had a great experience at Eye-Deal Optical! The staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and patient while helping us choose the right frames for my daughter. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other places we looked at, and what impressed me most was the quick turnaround time -- her glasses were ready much faster than we expected. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality eyewear, good pricing and excellent service!

Great place to get glasses! The service is fantastic, the prices are fair and the variety of name brand/designer glasses are amazing! All the sales associates are awesome! Bought a pair of Cazals, expected them to be pricey. Unfortunately, I was overcharged when comparing prices to other legit competitors. Lesson learned, do your research before making any purchases. Either way, I love my new frames...
