Dr. Rogers, your expertise and clear explanations helped ease my concerns, and I truly appreciate the time you took to walk me through the procedure and recovery process. Your skill and confidence made me feel that I was in the best hands. To the entire staff, thank you for your patience, efficiency, and warmth throughout the experience. From scheduling my appointment to post-op instructions, every step was handled with such care and attention to detail. I am grateful for the positive experience and the high level of care I received. Dr. Nataneli is excellent! Great bedside manners and a great surgeon. My dad says that if all surgeries would be done by him, then he will do all this body. His cataract removal was done so perfectly by him that he can't wait to do the next eye!

Dr. Rayn Rogers made me feel safe from the first day I consulted with him. He explained everything related to the surgery in such a way that I said to myself!! This is the doctor that I want to do this surgery to me. He is a very sweet doctor and above all very patient with his patients. I'm happy.

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience. Upon arrival the environment was chaotic and overcrowded. I had to wait over an hour to be taken to the prep and surgery, the anesthesia could have been administered for a bit longer, the nursing staff primarily communicated in other languages with each other which is rude and unprofessional to the patient if the patient does not speak that language, they did not provide dismissal instructions and so on. I have had surgery before at the Westchester location and that was heaven compared to this location. Oh and it's located in the basement.

Dr. Nathaniel Nataneil, is a fine eye surgeon as far as I'm concerned. So far I'm well pleased with the results! Sincerely, A.R

I arrived in time for my appointment and the check-in to after surgery was ok , I was irritated on day one then they removed the bondage off my eye then I feel more comfortable although I can't see out of the eye that was operated on I feel comfortable.. The staff was ok they make me feel comfortable...
