Julia the manager is the best, Jessica is the best associate. They both helped me understand what the process of having great vision is. The store is very inviting & easy to spot which glasses are the right fit for you. I got bought 2 pairs on a reasonable monthly plan. Thank you again.

This was my second visit & felt the need to leave a review. I knew the previous clients who worked at the store & even though I miss those girl's. They are being followed up by humble, caring & understanding workers there. The prices are also good & they have payment plans available if you qualify. I will be making a 3rd visit in 2026. After having an issue with my glasses getting scratched during a prior adjustment, Julia, the store manager, went above and beyond to make things right. She personally called me to ensure everything was taken care of. She provided a brand-new pair of glasses, including lenses and frames, and even fit me in to see the eye doctor so my prescription was fully up to date. I really appreciate the way she handled the situation with professionalism and care, making sure I left satisfied. If you visit this location, I recommend working with Julia -- she takes customer care seriously and will do her best to help.

Both workers Julia and the other one who I don't know the name of have the nastiest attitude as soon as they welcome walk in you could feel there bad energy, they should definitely get new people to work there I had the worst experience in this place.

Went for a new prescription and some glasses. Julia, the manager attended me and helped me find some of the best glasses. Helped me find the perfect fit and got 3 pairs. Also hooked me up with affordable financing. Got my glasses super fast too. Very thankful and happy with my purchase thanks to Julia :)

Im very disappointed because I went to the place with a good attitude explaining that this month I wouldn't be receiving food stamps so could my insurance be checked to see if the 50 dollar pattern fee could be covered. The manager HER WORDS WHAT I GOTTA DO WITH THAT? in my mind I wasn't telling her as if it was her problem that set me off a bit then I asked is there anyone over her I can talk to she stated NO! I asked her did she wake up on the wrong side of the bed and was she on her period. I also said she was RACIST. She claimed shes married to a black man i stated shes racist of black girls. Reason y is because the way she talks to me was out of line for her to b a manager. Then she said Don't b mad at her call trump! Then she said I KNEW PEOPLE WAS GOING TO COME IN HERE ABOUT THESE FOOD STAMPS. Now I don't care who you are you just dont talk to people that way. After that I became very very upset and was outside of the store talking very loud because she made me feel horrible. As a manager even if you had multiple people talking about the food stamps it gives u absolutely no right to speak that way . And prior to this day she tried to help me so im confused about why I was treated that way. Then I was told that they charged my insurance $250 and $55 of those were for frames when I bought my own frames. The day I went to get my glasses my sister and I went the worker says next time I come to the place I can't bring anyone there. I told her I wouldn't come back there on how I was treated. I AM STILL FEELING HORRIBLE BECAUSE I DIDNT GET A SINCERE APOLOGY that I very well deserve. I am 59yrs old on my life I have not experienced anyone talking to me like I was lower than dirt. So what i receive food stamps. I worked my whole life until I became Ill enough not to work. And no one has ever said anything like that to me. She was out if line especially being a manager until I get a sincere apology I will be filing complaints against her. This was definitely unacceptable. And it caused me to get out of character. Its too much hate going on in our world for people to be talked to the way she did me. Then now wants to make like I'm the problem when she started this .... all she had to do was check my insurance and say either yes or no to the allowance covering the pattern cost. N instead her words were insulting. She said my insurance was charged $150. Then she said I could pop out the lenses and give u your frames! Tell me if that's being professional??I honestly can not sleep good thinking about how I was talked to then tell me i can't come in the store with anyone what law is that?

Do not recommend going here at all. I've been a patient for years, I guess the management must've changed because they're trying to get people to pay ridiculous prices for lenses even tho we have health insurance. It doesn't make sense at all. the older lady that works there is rude and has a nasty attitude. Go on EYEBUYDIRECT instead. Will not be returning.
