Terrible customer service, today just a few minutes ago I went with a problem with my daughter's class the front desk girl was doing nothing just on he's phone told me to wait for someone else, after 15 minutes of waiting not one person helped me, I bought 3 pairs of glasses. They just lost a good customer! I'm going or recommend nobody!

Would not recommend. This place did a horrible job of not keeping up with their word and making sure that I needed my new glasses. They gave me a hard time and one of their employees was very rude and disrespectful towards me over the phone when I asked to speak to their manager about how to fix my situation. They gave me the run around for over 2 months. It makes absolutely no sense why I have waited so long to get my new pair of glasses. I still do not have my new glasses today.

Please avoid this office at all cost. I went in and mentioned i have very dry eyes and the Dr. insisted that I did not suffer from dry eyes. I asked that she give me eye drops which she agreed to prescribe and have it sent to the pharmacy. The receptionist spelled out my name incorrectly and put my birthdate incorrectly. I called 4 times and no update. I gave my ID to the receptionist so im not sure as to why they did not make sure my info. was correct. I still have no eye drops. Completely inept.
