Staff is friendly and attentive when with a patient. However this place is over-croweded with patients and the processes are not consistent. Dr. was rushed at first meeting and I had been there many hours waiting to be seen. Dr. tried to convince me to get the most expensive lenses which can leave halos around lights. Staff is extremely busy and not coordinated.

It's really not fair to make people wait 3 hours in crazy crowded waiting rooms. Not doctor pathay's fault she is great but this place is insane. Again, people in the Bronx have to deal with this bc they have no other options. It's disrespectful to treats humans like this.

a doctor who is notorious for her lateness. It is
unprofessional and plain disrespectful. My mother

I have bad experience there,specially hit her.I have appt at 8:00 AM.was 12:30 Am when finally they call me.They put me in a room ,I know that I will be next because before I ask to the nurse how many are in from me. She told me you are the next. The Dr. pathay was in the room before that they pulled me.when she finished ,the next room was me . she look me on the room and continue next room. I told the nurse what going on I'm next.She when I spoke to her I feel every upset, because she was very unprofessional.
