The reason why I'm giving a 2 stars is for constructive criticism, They ladies deserve 5 stars for kindness, friendliness and sweet ladies. But as in for professionals it's barely 1 star, I've have experience it by phone and in person, they are a mess, unorganized and leaving things unsure. 27th March I call for confirmation and paid full by phone and was going to call me to tell me right away that they made the payment, but never received a call. The next day 28th another lady called saying that I had to paid? But I already paid yesterday by phone with another lady but I don't know what happened, and wanted to confirm her what frame it was ,hang up and she called again saying about the frame and I could have heard she didn't know where she put it but then found it, when we went in person I could see how unorganized they both were both very kind and sweet to the rest of the customers, anyways at the end my grandma finally has her glasses but I don't know if we are going again there even though she has been going there for years, I just hope they have this in mind and have a work plan so everything goes smoothly in their work environment

The women running the front are very skilled and even offered me a discount because I couldn't afford contacts. The optometrist however, was rude, abrasive, and failed to listen to my needs. I believe he even gave me an incorrect prescription. He insisted I wore a Covid mask (which I understand and complied with). But when the mask kept fogging up the lenses and they would get foggy he refused to give me a tissue to wipe them and continually kept sighing when I asked for one. Im like, how can I answer "#1 or #2" if they're fogged up? Very bad customer service

Omg these ladies are amazing and go above and beyond for each and every single client. The doctor is amazing and listens to you and explains everything to you and not just rush throughout the process. Tanya is amazing no seriously amazing love her will never ever go to another eye doctor again.

Bad service the day o came in to buy glasses. The woman at the counter seemed uninterested in selling frames i was given a limited selection. It took over three weeks to get my glasses they never called when they were ready. I had to go in twice to ask about them. Now that i received them the prescription is off and I can barely see anything.

I have received excellent service from the ladies and doctors at this location. Tanya is very skilled, efficient and patient. The lab they use to make the lenses does an excellent job. The only complaint I have is there are multiple doctors which pass through this location. I have never seen the same doctor; however, they all were competent good doctors. They have a good selection of frames for their small location. They are very busy! You will need to wait your turn but they will take care of you.

for the past 4 years my eye care has been in the hands of the amazing team at GVS inside of Lincoln Medical Center. Tanya has been such a great help to me, her patience and warmth spirit makes the process of eye exam to selection of glasses seamless. Keep up the great job ladies

Horrible customer service. Disinterested and lazy. Incapable of finding customer files or filling orders timely. Definitely not worth spending anything here time or money. Even after dealing with them before they had the nerve to withhold my own personal medical records for over a week. It's criminal what they are doing there.

Went there for retinal detachment surgery. Was unsuccessful. But the problem is he did another one and later I went to a specialist who said the second surgery my was useless and he didn't need to do it and it made things worse.
