Wonderful service here. I came with my daughter and the 2 women receptionists are absolutely professional and amazing. And the glasses are so much nicer than other locations, for those who use their health insurance to cover them. Gonna bring more people to this location.

I appreciate all the help I received from the wonderful ladies at the front desk and the optometrist that operates the refractor. I would have liked better clarification from the actual male eye doctor regarding information about contact lenses, etc without having to ask all the questions myself as a first time wearer. But overall the experience was positive.

I only gave one star since i couldn't give negative or none in order to write a review! This place is trash! First of all they have awful customer service! None of their sales associates assisted my son in finding glasses that suited him and basically made me look for myself, which makes me wonder what all three girls who sat behind the desks job truly was! To further complicate the matter they said it would take 10 business days for my son's glasses to be ready and no one made any effort to contact me to inform me they were ready. When i arrive to verify if the glasses are ready they now have misplaced them! I am extremely irritated with this location! I suggest no one buy from them or waste their time at their location! This place is trash!

They say there hours are 10:00a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Lies, they close at 4:00 p.m. sometimes 3:00p.m. Closed weekends how does that accommodate working people. They never call you back when you leave a message . I still haven't gotten my glasses and they are fully paid for its been three weeks

John Nguyen OD performs a thorough eye examination, and is extremely professional and responsive to our ongoing needs! Definitely a 5 star rating!
