I have been a customer here for 30years! Every time I come to this place, it's always clean. The staff always has a smile. The doctors are amazing when I tell you this place is number one in the Bronx. That reputation is amazing.! I have been coming here for 30 years!

I had an outstanding experience at this eye center. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. Everyone was incredibly professional, patient, and genuinely kind. They explained every step clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire visit. The quality of care was exceptional, and the team went above and beyond to ensure I received the best treatment. You can tell they truly care about their patients. My vision has never been better, and I'm so grateful for the amazing service I received. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent eye care and an amazing staff. They really do a fantastic job.

I would never return to this place!! Two years ago I made an appointment to see rhe eye doctor and order new glasses. The doctor scheduled me for a follow up appointment at an eye center further up in the Bronx. Comoleted both appointments and ordered my glasses. I advised them that I work on computers and need glare protection and asked that they be progressive. How I get the glasses and try them on all is good in rhe office. Now days later I am on my laptop having a hard time reading especially when I move down the screen. I call them and inquire about having them checked and was told "You ordered teasing glasses". what donyiu mean? I had a prescription. Why would I just het reading glasses. I can get "readers" at Target. I dont need insurance for that. Never again!! 2/21/26 I gave your business a 2nd xhance and again I am diappointed. STOP SELLINH TRASH FRAMES TO HARDWORKING PEOPLE WHO ARE USING THEIR EYEWEAR BEBEFITS. I HAD A $175 BUDEGET. THE FRAME SELECTION ONLY ALLOWS USE TO PURCHASE INFERIOR FRAMES. THE LENS HAVE POPPED OUT BECAUSE THE FRAME CRACKED. I had them for 1 month. Medicad recipients get a better selecrion of frames. It is a shame. Now I have ro go somewhere else and pay for another pair. Stop the over hustling. We work too long and hard to earn these benefits. My insurer paid $175 every 2 years. You guys used all of it on these glasses. Offer quality frames for hardworking people. You guys think since the unsurance company is paying you can get over by overcharging us. This stops. When saw the selection I should have just walked out. I cannonly get nee gkases every 2 years. I have had these for about a month. Its rediculous.NO im not coming back! nNO you can not resolve this. You may as well burn my file yiu vuys will never see me again.

I've been a loyal customer since 2004, and even after moving to Manhattan, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my eye care. I absolutely love everything about this establishment -- from the professionalism and cleanliness to the outstanding customer service!.

I always feel welcome coming to Kingbrige eye center because the ladies Are sweet and quick with their job. I have been coming to Kingbrige eye center since the age of 13 and always get treated respectfully and always, today customer service was wonderful asking question on how I feel with my glasses and how my day is going. Also the chief is super great where I like how he explain about you prescription.

I remember first going here when I was in 7th grade, the workers are very nice and thoughtful, they helped me choose my glasses that I will feel comfortable with, and to this day I still have the pair! But I am coming back in a few days since one of the glasses arm broke but will totally recommend coming here, they truly do care!

I have been coming here since I was a child. The ladies at the front are always very kind and pleasant. I saw Dr. Choi today and she was extremely welcoming and informative. Additionally, she was very attentive and went above and beyond for me!

I've been coming here since I was 7 and the environment has always been safe, clean, kind, and respectful. The front desk and techs are very efficient and fast workers, they know what they're doing and create a welcoming space. Dr. Bae is such a kind and warm person as well, he is always reliable and makes you feel at ease. He addresses any concerns you have too. This will always be my go to eye center, you will be in good hands here!!
