Metro Optics deserves every star and more. I walked in with broken glasses, and before I even had to explain much, they noticed right away and stepped in to help. The level of care and attention they gave me was incredible. They didn't rush me, didn't make me feel like a problem they genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of. They helped me with everything I needed, explained my options clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. You can tell these are people who truly care about their customers, not just making a sale. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Amazing people, amazing energy, and amazing service. I'm beyond grateful and highly recommend Metro Optics to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and real care

Arrived at 2:20 pm, which is when service is resumed after lunch taken by staff. I was the first person in, but the second person serviced. Older Latin gentleman, came in speaking Spanish, and never stopped talking. Advised rep, isn't it odd I was the first person in, and second person serviced. No apology given, not sure she even understood. The other female rep explained, and still no apology. My time is just as valuable as the next person's! Good Customer Service almost doesn't exist anymore!

The Staff was very friendly, polite, and professional. I would highly recommend this company for your optical needs, especially for those in the South Bronx area.

I had an amazing experience at MetroOptics in Hunts Point. The staff is truly incredible, friendly, patient, and very informative. I've been without glasses for two months, and they went above and beyond to help me get set up with contacts. They were extremely patient while teaching me how to put them on and made the whole process stress free. I give this place a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be coming back next year!!

I went not too long ago to see if I can get new frames and Desiree was so helpful she showed me a few selections and made sure it suited my face with options. Definitely will go again with her when I'm ready to purchase !!!
