this was my first time getting an eye examination which resulted in having to need glasses. My experience was 10/10. Starting off with getting checked in nice and quickly. Saw Dr. Gormady and she was very nice and comforting. Explained the examination and my diagnosis very thoroughly. Moving on to choosing a pair of frame, I got help from the most sweetest associate ever. Her name was Lettie. She guided me right into the perfect glasses and was very patient with me being a first timer. She gave me the confidence I needed. Will definitely be coming back here for my further glasses needs.

I visited the Westchester Square store for the 1st time today and I had an extremely pleasant experience there from beginning to end. I arrived earlier than my appointment time and they still took me in. Staff was so kind & friendly. I met a fellow Taurean. She was absolutely fabulous and Ms. Lettie Kiss is as real as they come. Oh and I got a pair of glasses that I would never have picked for myself and I loved the way they fell perfectly on my face. THANK YOU LETTIE

Today I went to the store and the manager was not polite the tall skinny lady also.The store need a professional manager that listen to his costumer and not the one that catches attitude regardless of what I am saying.The tall skinny lady with glasses brown hair dismissed laughing and waving at me to as I am leaving the store.Then I open my mouth loud enough gave them my attitude and walk out .I never step in a metro store . lI am a been long time costumer . Clearly great consumer service is not their priority.

I've been a customer over 20 years , it took almost two months for a simple pair of glasses my insurance was used and I still came out of pocket. I usually get a second pair but they are trying to rip me off . My glasses are terrible I still can't see but I was told to wear them for a few days like I don't know myself. I'm waiting for next year to go somewhere else I was dismissed by staff while I was standing at desk a customer called in and the guy answered the phone he was very rude to the person on the phone too. I'm deeply hurt by this treatment they didn't even offer a second pair with any discount at all. Sad to see a good business go down hill.. hurt disappointed cheated is how I feel ..

My 3 kids and I have been going here for 7 years and it saddens me to see how they try to rob a person now. If you have emblem health and you're older than 7, don't go here for glasses. You'll spend two hours there to be shown frames that can't fit anyone older than 7, then you'll be told it's all your insurance provides, then they will try to sell you a pair with the deal that the second pair is half off. Really? Why didn't they tell me that when I registered my teen and confirmed the insurance? The frames were obviously not going to fit my teenager. Ask for your prescription if you've already taken the visions tests (which went really well. It's the sales people on the floor and their obsession with cake on a Friday that you have to look out for). When I asked if I can take the prescription to one of their other locations the sales woman said that this is all anyone will have from my insurance. I found a huge selection of frames that my insurance covers from a spot on castle hill between westchester Ave and newbold. And the staff there were super friendly. Didn't cost me a dime out of pocket.

Went for my "I don't really wanna go" eye exam. Was pleasantly surprised at how well and organized everything was. The staff was very pro and polite. The tech and the eye doc explained everything to me in detail and answered all questions that I had about my eyes as well as prescription lens choices etc. Had my own frame and the script was filled within 5 days ! All in all.. a great experience

Staff are so friendly and attentive as soon as you walk in. Let me tell you about Ms. Lettie who has been attended to me for the past 4 years, her aura is amazing. She knows her work, very experienced, loves what she does without a doubt. Definitely makes you feel like family, takes her time with each of her clients to assure she's giving them her undivided attention until she she's that spark (smile) in your eyes.
