Great service. As soon as I went in I was greeted and seated waited about 15 min to get called pretty quick for eye exams for glasses and contacts. I was then seated got called pretty quick to see the doctor he explained everything and my dry eye treatment feels amazing never done before definitely recommend for dried eyes. Definitely recommend this place.

My grandmother went in for a simple vision test for her driver's license renewal and was charged $75. Afterward, we checked with other places nearby and found out the pharmacy right across the street was only charging $15 for the same exact test.
It feels like they seriously overcharge and take advantage of people who may not know they have other cheaper options. Something that quick and simple shouldn't cost that much, especially when other places offer it for a fraction of the price.

I want to thank once again the staff and Dr. Rosario. I had an Insurance problem which was handled with care and compassion and attention to my needs. The young lady who helped me choose my frames was attentive, patient and did not rush at all. She also explained and gave me the options available for me. I will definately be back. Excellent customer service. The ladies at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. They are very courteous. Dr. Rosario is also a very knowledgeable person, he understands your needs, and most importantly takes time and doesn't rush the eye examination leading to a perfect measurement for your prescription. Grossly unprofessional and incompetent. The communication from the women at the desk is beyond rude -- both on the phone and in person. I wanted to pick up some important medical documents, yet they were laughably slow at delivering them. If this is what's considered professionalism in this neighborhood, then it's a travesty. I assumed this place would be great, but I was proven wrong. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I tried to support a new community business. My vibe when I walked in was to leave due Jasmine tone in her voice and misinformation about frame availability for my insurance. Very bad customer service. I asked for a service that I know is provided at every optical eyeglass business Jasmine the manager refused the eyewear measurements of the glasses because I wasn't purchasing their frames from them. While in pre-testing exam the technician could not communicate clearly in english what I'm suppose to focus on such as the digital X's, the dots or lines. They sent in another technician she clearly explained but decided to have a personal phone conversation. I don't need to hear your personal business on your call. The eye doctor was very nice and gave advice on laser treatment but didn't not mention what I have is professionally called a stigmatism. Accommodating customers is what you do when your providing a service to the public. Jasmine clearly needs training in customer service and not discussing her personal business at the front counter as well. . Hopefully the staff will take this information and improve on their service to their customers. The one star is for the eye doctor.
