Been here twice for my eye checkup and they exceed my expectations.
Location: the clinic is along Pelham Parkway. There is a huge selection of eyeglasses. There are few seatings inside, very clean.
Employee: Dr. Diana Ilyasova is very nice. She explains well all the test that were done and what is beneficial for your eye health. The techs were good as well, they properly clean the machines before you go on it.
Definitely the best eye clinic in the Bronx. Will come back again for my eye health needs.

The medical side of this place is fine -- the doctor and technicians are professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the glasses department is a completely different experience. Glasses frequently get mixed up, and the older lady who handles the prescriptions on the left side seems very confused and disorganized.
The manager was extremely unprofessional. She was overly expressive, talked back to me, and used inappropriate body language toward a client. When I asked her not to point her hands at me, she told me she would stop only when I stopped "talking to her like I was her mother."
I was upset and concerned because my son's $352 glasses were mixed up with someone else's prescription and his information. Between the confusion at the front desk and the manager's behavior, I will not be returning. I will not recommend this office to friends, and definitely not to any family.

Dr Yoo is an amazing doctor! She listens and takes her time with you. Her bedside manner's phenomenal. Definitely recommend her, if you want someone who's kind, listens to you and knows what she's doing, go for Dr Yoo!!!!!!!! Also her staff were helpful and quick to get you settled.

I loved my experience here! All of the staff is super attentive and friendly. Anais was able to get me an appointment right away! I came for an eye exam and ended up needing glasses. Andy completed my exam and was knowledgeable. Dr. Yoo is absolutely phenomenal! Rita is very patient and offered glasses based on my preferred style. I recommend this vision center completely!

Dr Diana is very rude and disrespect. I needed reading glasses she wanted to add sight so l did not agree. Then when l got to the glasses people they said Dr Diana wrote reading and sight. So they called her to verify and l insisted l needed only reading glasses. So the glasses people told me if the glasses is ready they will call me. About a month l called the insurance why the delay for my glasses. I was told the clinic never put in a request. So l have to tell the insurance the urgency of my glasses then the later l got. Do not go to palham parkwak vision center. Go somewhere. Also Dr Diana told me l have glacauma and l will go blind and a time will come if l dont put my glasses on l can not even cut my nails. I went somewhere for second opinion and this difference Dr has been telling l do not have glacauma for now.
