I Really hate to do this, but I wish if I can give them 0 Star..No Courtesy, No Professionalism, No Attention at All..when I asked to add blue ray to my daughter lenses, price was $150.!!!!!! The highest price I ever ever ever seen..despicable..

Perfect Vision Optical has the best store manager.Her customer service is on point and the services at this optical are what I was looking for. I was treated with professionalism and the staff here cared for me well. My glasses were the perfect fit as the store manager took her time with helping me find the right frames. She's an amazing person and I would definitely recommend this optical and the staff as well.

This is the Best place to get your glasses. They have the greatest up to date equipment. Went in and was seen right away. They have every brand you can think of. I got my self a pair of sunglasses a pair or everyday wear and a pair of glasses for work.I definitely recommend this place. Best customer service and the doctors there are great, very detailed and friendly. I will 200% be coming back with my whole family

My glasses broke (while wearing them) after a few months of paying almost $400 for them. I brought them in, had a nice conversation with the young lady who told me, oh that's strange but we have to get it exchanged and we have no frames like this at present. I told her please call me and let me know what's going as soon as possible as this is the only glasses with my current lens. A week passed and I called to follow up.. oh the young lady isn't there and didn't leave any notes, I will call you tomorrow. Few days passed nothing. Called back and they said oh, we ordered a new one. 20 days later, I called to check and they are telling me the glasses been there for a few weeks. When asked why they didn't call, they said they called once. Went in for the glasses and I'm asking the young ladies are you seriously telling me you called ONCE when there no record of you calling, I can show you my call history.. since I brought in the glasses for repair, I have been doing all the calling.. One responds here is your glasses miss and looks at the door.. very rude. If this was a glasses where I had to pay they would have called but because it was a free replacement no one bothered and still being rude. They are all about the money

i had a wonderful experience here! i was able to schedule a same day appointment. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the eye doctor was so kind. i had no waiting time. i was able to get my exam done and pick a pair of new glasses all within 20 minutes. i would recommend this location to everyone:)

The stuff was nice. So as the doctor. But I have paid $100 for my glass and it broke in one month. The worst quality I have ever experienced. I have to put anti reflective coating on my glass. They have charged me $123 on top of the glass price. And it literally made my glass blurry. Never ever going there for sure.

I returned back for a new eye vision test after my cataract surgery. The Dr remembered me and my case after 4 years, and the staff was kind and patient. I shop around and the price was really reasonable. This is my go to place!!!

Doctors are very nice ... but the customer service for eyeglasses are worse than ever. They can't even deliver eyeglasses after two weeks of the order. Even they told the patient that "do whatever you want, we can't do it expedite". They even refused to cancel the order. Unfortunately there is no option for negative star here... disappointed customer
