Pisacano Eye

I took my lil sister there that has down syndrome. It was her first time there and the stuff was very patient and kind with her. They all worked together to get her eye examined done. When we seen the doctor, she made my sister so comfortable usually she's really scared with doctors. She also made me comfortable and answered all my questions that I had with no rush as it didn't matter. I will continue taking my sister to this eye doctor. The doctor and all the stuff was wonderful. Thank you for your kindness and patience.

If I can give this place 10 stars I would. Pisacano Eye recommended to me by a friend after having disappointing results at a place closer to where I live. With all the Patients that were there, I felt I was treated like I was the only patient there. The staff one nicer than the other. Everything was Explain in detailed by staff and the doctor. Excellence at its finest! After battling long-haul COVID, my vision declined dramatically, from 20/20 to 20/200, complicated further by cataracts. It was a frightening and frustrating experience. I was referred to Dr. Pisacano by my ophthalmologist, and from the moment I arrived at Pisacano Eye Surgery & Laser Specialists, I knew I was in excellent hands. The staff, both at the clinic and surgical center, are professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. Despite the high volume of patients, the waiting time is minimal. The office is modern, immaculate, and equipped with advanced technology. From registration and diagnostic measurements to consultation and surgical scheduling, the entire process is efficient and seamless, no long delays, poor communication, or unpleasant surprises. Meeting Dr. Pisacano was reassuring from the start. He was confident, knowledgeable, and attentive. After scheduling my first cataract surgery, the results truly exceeded my expectations. Just one day after surgery, my vision improved from 20/200 back to 20/20. It felt nothing short of life-changing. I am eagerly looking forward to completing surgery on my other eye. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Pisacano and his outstanding team to anyone seeking expert vision care.... especially cataract surgery.

Very professional, pleasant and knowledgable staff. Dr. Lau patiently answered all of my questions and I left feeling secure about him performing the procedure I need to have. Would definitely recommend Pisacano to anyone needing an eye specialist.

I am absolutely impressed with my surgeon, Dr. Nikola Ragusa. He is indeed efficient and competent. He is also very professional and showed so much compassion on what he does. The day of my surgery, he took time to explain what is bothering me prior. He was reassuring and kind, and showed he genuinely care and gave me the best option for better outcome. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism, courtesy and excellent service that was provided to me by Pisacano Eye Care's staff during my 11/04/25 comprehensive eye exam with Dr. Ryan Rogers. Despite the practice being very busy on that day, the check-in process was timely and courteous. Questions and concerns were readily and thoroughly addressed by Dr. Roger's during the examination. I have known Dr. Rogers for a number of years and have always been extremely satisfied with the care and promptness with which he has treated me whenever I had an urgent eye issue. In addition, the Pisacano team that assisted Dr. Roger's with my various exams on 11/4/25 was very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Pisacano and Dr. Ryan Rogers to anyone in need of quality eye care.

Dr Pisacano is my hero ! He fixed my vision . If you are in need of eye care he is hands down the best! His surgical coordinator ebony is excellent as well . Very knowledgeable! I came out after surgery seeing better than before the surgery . I would recommend anyone here

I love the atmosphere in Pisacano Eye! The front desk staff, Olga the receptionist was extremely warm and helpful. Sitting in the waiting area, Olga periodically checked in on the patients sitting there to make sure everyone was called at least once. John was respectful and has a very friendly bubbly personality, he's great and knowledgeable at explaining things and making myself and the patients that I've witnessed him deal with comfortable. Ebony the Surgical Coordinator was also amazing. All my questions were addressed. I had a great experience from the front desk to the exit.
