Great customer service with the manager helps with anything you need with best service... Yes I do recommend anyone who is looking for eye place and eye check. Great looking product glassware and pricey.

I just came out of my appointment and love it here. The staff and doctor were all nice and welcoming and helpful. While picking out my glasses the girl was patient and very helpful in guiding me pick them out. Im so happy with my new glasses. Cant wait to receive them!!

Had an emergency with my daughter and she was examined fast the same day. I got the right diagnosis and treatment for my little one. It was convienient and safe. The staff was caring and the doctor was great. She gave me a follow up in a few days just to check her eyes. She was just making sure my little one was okay. I will never forget primary vision care for that :)

I have always been going to Cohen Optical, but since I moved to the Bronx and they are around the corner from my house, thought it was so convenient. The worst experience ever. Every time I went to pick up my contacts they tell me I needed to try them and see the doctor. They couldn't give me my OWN contacts without seeing me with them. I never had time to go and do that so they simply kept my contacts until I did. I even told them I would sign a waiver. But no, this wasn't enough. The staffs did not care if I never came back, they already had their money. Would never go there again. Cheap customer service. Worst place EVER!! STAY AWAY!!

Great Experience! I would recommend everyone to come here because the Doctor is very nice and nails my prescription every time. The staff is very nice and professional, Plenty of nice glasses to choose from. I will definitely keep coming.

Dr Sharon Williams is my one and only eye Dr. She and her staff are caring and professional. Dr Williams makes sure she addresses any questions you may have. She is patient and thorough. Do yourself a favor and vist Primary Care Vision. You will not regret it.

I called to schedule an appointment for an eye exam and there were able to see me within a few days. Dr. Williams was excellent. She's super friendly and was informative. Will be seeing her again.

This optical is completely worthy of 5 stars. The staff customer service is on point .The wait time is not long what so ever. Compared to other optical places I have been to it is very professional. The doctor is in everyday to run eye test and is very kind.
