Wonderful Service. Peaceful atmosphere. Doctor Susana, Diana, and Crystal gave me the best service. A last minute appointment and eye exam came out perfectly! Thank you ladies so much for your efforts.

This place has amazing prices. My partner broke my glasses got a new frame and lenses for $125. The following week my son broke his glasses playing basketball they were able to switch the frames and keep the lenses for $60. Staff is incredible always friendly and knowledgeable of their products.

This office staff is amazing. Doctor was super informative, I've been wearing contacts for 9 years and learned more with just one visit. I would recommend this office to others!

I called in a panic because my sister friend was traveling damn near blind from Morrocco to NYC. She lost her contacts and broke her classes and lost the arm. She was in a panic and had less than 18 hours in NYC before her flight to Bermuda. Crystal was so helpful over the phone! I email her pictures of the broken glasses as well as both prescriptions (contacts and glasses). She assured me that she would take care of my friend when she got there. And they did all for a great price too! This is her in her new glasses heading back to the airport! THANKS CRYSTAL!

Wonderful experience, Dr. Vaystub and her staff were so warm and welcoming. She made the eye exam pleasant, and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Choosing frames with Mitch was super easy, I described what I liked and within moments he pulled out several options, all perfect. I never felt rushed or pushed into choosing a frame that wasn't perfect. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.. great experience start to finish.

Took frames and prescription in. Took three weeks to get glasses back. They didn't feel quite right but wore them a few days to try to get used to them. Took them back and it turned out one of the lenses was wrong. Took almost two weeks to get them back, and again one of the lenses was wrong. Both times it was the fault of the person in the store. I finally asked for a refund which I got promptly. All in all, it was six weeks and I was still using an outdated prescription.

Always enjoy my experience here. From the welcomimg receptionist to the awesome lady who does the eye tests, to the very clear fashionista of a man who helps you picks the frames and gives you the best home stories to warm your heart. Absolutely lovely. And i got some amazing glasses. Very very happy. Thanks.

The customer services, and the care in within the facility is top-notch and very friendly. However, The waiting times for a prescribe glasses is horrible because they will tell you that in extra amount of days glasses should be ready but will leave you waiting for more days and if not weeks compared to other optical places I've seen to receive your glasses. In conclusion, This is my reason why I'm rating it a three star because I believe there's room for improvement within that area of issue
