I needed a new optical place and I saw this one was close to my job. So happy to have found this gem. All the staff were attentive, kind and made me feel very comfortable. The procedures and tests are all modern and thorough. I felt very seen and taken care of with Dr.Tao. The ladies also made sure to answer all my questions with 0 pressure so that I could make an informed decision. This will definitely be my new regular optical place

I went to this optical because my friend recommended, I traveled an hour but it was worth it. Cris was very helpful when it came to pick out frames, and their prices are very cheap. The staff was welcoming and lovely, the doctor was very nice. I will definitely be bringing my kids here.

It was a great experience. The customer service was amazing. Very pleasant and professional. The staff was excellent from the front of the store to the Technician to the Dr. I highly and will highly recommend this place to anyone who needs eye glasses.

The store is wonderful. I went there recently and the service was incredible, very helpful and friendly, especially from a girl named Cris. I was delighted by her excellent and wonderful service, the good vibes, and the medical check-up, which also makes it welcoming. I will definitely be back.

I had my eyes examined at this facility. I ended up placing an order and about 5 min after leaving the store called to cancel. I explained that the prescription I was given was unfamiliar and I was not comfortable proceeding, especially given the cost of $750. I was told by staff that the order could not be canceled on their end and that I would need to contact my bank to reverse the charge. Following this, I returned to the store in person the next morning, and spoke with the office manager, Mary . During this visit, I again requested cancellation of the glasses. I was informed that she would attempt to contact the lab to stop the order. I also offered a resolution -- I would pay for the lenses if they had already been cut, provided they could be placed into frames covered by my insurance. I was told she would "try everything" on her end. However, I later discovered that no cancellation was ever processed, and the glasses were still made. I received no notification at any point that the glasses had been completed or were ready for pickup. I only found this out myself after calling the store A MONTH LATER when I was casually informed, "Oh, your glasses were made. They've been here." They sent a statement to the bank stating I signed off on all the paperwork and never expressed any concerns. Which is false. Not only was I never contacted about the status of the order, but I was also misled into believing the cancellation would be successful. Meanwhile, the store proceeded to charge me for a product that I had attempted to cancel immediately. When I raised this issue again, including pointing out that continuing with the order after multiple cancellation requests could be considered fraudulent, the manager stated that if my bank contacted the store again, she would tell them I simply "refused" the glasses -- which is both untrue and deeply concerning. The manager stated "what she could do for me" was put my correct prescription, that I received in another office, in the glasses I was already charged for and "upgrade" the lenses. The glasses were ready with in that same week. Coincidentally, I received 4 phone call attempts, two voicemails and an email stating that the glasses were ready, unlike the first pair. The worst experience I've ever had at an optical.

The staff and doctor are incredibly kind, helpful and caring. They were not only accommodating, but the service was fast and efficient. Would highly recommend 10/10 experience!
