I visited on 11/13/2025 for a annual eye health care check up. The counter staff was polite and very professional (despite the amount of customers). The examining equipment is newer and more advanced than other locations. Dr. Taylor Davis himself is very knowledgeable and genuinely concerned about the eye health. I feel very confident in his skills and that I was in good hands. His assistant was absolutely delightful and patient. She made me feel like I was a family member. The outstanding customer service level was very palpable and pleasant. The whole experience was great! I highly recommend this clean and professional location without reservation. I am definitely coming again and telling others. Very pleased. : )

I came in to this location last year and although the staff was kind, I told them it was my first time getting my son glasses and I was quoted 300$ for his prescription. Went into another location near by and was told that I was being scammed, my sons glasses were free, fully covered. I recommend shopping around before you give them your money.

They charge $1k for contacts. I was persuaded to get the 1 year contacts and I was just recommend anyone to get your prescription here and buy your contacts yourself. $1k for daily year long contacts is unnecesssrily expensive. It feels like a rip off. The customer service was cool. They were nice. I just would not recommend ordering contacts here.
