Best customer service experience ever. I love that little lady with the locs. She so pleasant and hilarious. Definitely taking my son here for his next pair of glasses

I took my son to get his eyes examined on 5/14/24 with Dr. Rostislav, he was amazing was. Sadly his employees aren't as amazing as he is. Issue started when I asked the lady at the front for the PD number which the doctor told me I would get upfront. But because I was not purchasing the glasses from them she refused to measure him. She told me glasses would be $140 pluse the prescription an extra $150. So I asked again can I get the his PD sized and she started giving me the run around as if it was an issue to do so. I left highly annoyed because I'm paying out of pocket just give me what I ask for and paid for. Other than her incompetence and lack of understanding the place is good.

The doctor was very helpful very professional and is the best I would recommend him to everyone and anyone. When you get you eyes checked for glasses the sales lady, Lucy was the best and I got beautiful glasses at a discount that I love and I was very happy with the service and would go here from now on. Go here if you want perfect service

The service and Bronx Vista optique was good. Good customer service but they need to speed up a little bit. They care about your eye and the manager is the best D love it I will recommend

Excellent store! Truly appreciate variety of products, VERY reasonable prices, and most importantly service and professionalism. This especially maters during COVID-19 pandemic...when I needed help with replacing my glasses I was able to quickly set up an appointment (same day!), receive professional service and got new pair of glasses...same day service! Highly recommend.

If I could recommend a good optical place Bronx Vista Opitique is the place to go ask for Dr. Rostislav he's the best Dr you will ever meet, He's funny and makes you feel comfortable, and very thorough eyes exams. The sales Rep Lucy is the sweetest person you will ever meet she's professional and very patient; my daughter wasn't the easiest but she found the best frames for her and made her happy.

I came in because I needed glasses to read and I am still without glasses. I was charged $250 for blue light protection. I called 2 days later when I realized this charge was to add something to the glasses and not just for the glasses I asked for it to be removed. I was told no that this was the doctors suggestion and the order had already been placed. I called several times and spoke to several people and they are refusing to even give me my prescription so now I am with no glasses and cannot see another eye doctor. What a gimmick!

I loved the service I received today. I was very nervous at first but the entire staff made me feel welcome and I was able to leave with 20/20 vision
